0 stars, Buyer Beware! I purchased what was pictured two beautifully veteran crafted wreaths. What arrived was a joke. Floppy ribbon attached to a felt circle with cardboard stars. This is disgraceful to American Veterans. In order to return, I have to ship it to Japan at my costs. Don’t waste your money.
After waiting an entire month to receive this item, I am completely disappointed. This dress looks nothing like the picture. I’ve submitted a request for return but I’m doubtful. Quality is terrible - it’s even a bad fake - I would never order from this company again. Update: after multiple emails, this company did refund my purchase.
Poor customer service - just sent my 11th email and still don’t have a resolution. Please note: if you need to return for a refund you will be responsible to send the items back to China and pay customs charges as well - it doesn’t state this anywhere on their website. I’d give this company a zero star rating if I could. The clothes are cut weird and don’t match their own sizing chart. Update: this company did refund my money after I wrote this review with the expectation that I would change my review to a five star. They also promised another item, but now have told me I could purchase it from them. I’m guessing it’s because I haven’t changed my review. Buyer beware!
