Rotten Company do not care at all.about customer just want to ripp you off…
They are ripping people off and do not care about customer at all charging 30.00 for insurance and you can get your own online at discount storage unit insurance for 8.00 a month then they have a processing fee on top an administration fee of 29.00 on top of that they charge a 3 % fee for credit cards on top of that they raise the rent every 4 to 6 months because they know no on a wants to move all there stuff again to another unit so they pay the extra 20.00 month how this company even stays I business is beyond me they do not care at all for there customer I am trying to get the word out STORAGEMART IS THE WORST STORAGE FACILITY OUT THERE do not deal with this business also they now but locks in the unit and force you to buy there locks for 20.00 even if you bring your own. And allnthwnoutaode units are filthy weather stripping on all the doors are rotted so when you open dirt falls in your face unbelievable company you have been warned
