Its been 2 weeks trying to mail CS and and no useful answer out of them, aside from the automated google translate replies ''we do not have spare parts nor do we plan on providing those for customers'' I just want a spare cable for a VG80 lamp, not buy a 2nd hand set for 30% off as they offered me... and they removed my 1star review on their website so it doesnt show.. Edit: i HAVE NOT received any emails from mars hydro since original 1 star review to help me sort out this problem... their comment on this post is a false one or automated lie
