Deceptive promotion
Promised 2 credits turned out to be for prime only. Not clear from promotion. When I tried to contact I encountered the worst 'chat' function I have ever experienced. Round and round on auto options which did not address my problem. Almost impossible to reach an agent. Then I encountered the usual problem of trying to cancel the subscription on Amazon. Why does Amazon hide the cancel option?
