Extremely difficult tu use. Lack of training in their AI support, I've been looking for a way to cancel the service and there are no references to the simple cancelation form. The AI says to go to billing but there is no way to cancel there. They're always either offline or busy with other customers and I don't have all day to wait and get the account cancelled, I hope at least I get a refund for the service I haven't used nor will be using
I've used multiple tools to schedule and post to social media and I end up going back to the platform because I don't feel I'm getting any traction and sometimes the results aren't what I expected. (plus the cost adds up) With Blotato I love the fact that it has a bunch of templates, it integrates super easily with all my socials and also with Claude. As with everything there is a learning curve, but the more I use it the more I love it. Sabrina did an amazing job with this tool and the training she provides helps a lot.
