Blotato is the Missing Piece in every serious content automation stack
I’ve tested a lot of publishing tools while building AI content workflows with n8n, and Blotato has been the go-to for reliability and consistency. Most alternatives either broke frequently, had inconsistent APIs, or required enough workaround logic that they became difficult to maintain at scale. Blotato’s API structure is straightforward once you understand the payload formatting for each platform, and that made integration much easier for my workflows. I mainly use it for short-form content publishing across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, Bluesky, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Threads and it handles a high volume of automated posts successfully and in seconds. What surprised me most was that it’s more than just a publishing layer. The platform also includes content organization tools, prompt management, calendars, media handling, and workflow support features that I initially overlooked. Sabrina provides great education and resources to get your going and eliminating the learning curve. I would highly recommend this product. It's something I rely on and fully trust to support my businesses.

I can't even begin to describe how I've been wanting to repurpose and post more content, but it was always so frustrating cause I never really found a good tool (yes even with AI) but Blotato came through clutch. Since I started using Blotato 4 months ago to grow my social presence, personal brand, and traffic to my website, I've had nothing but great experience. And today as Blotato released DM automations for Instagram and Facebook figured I'd write a review. What a gem of a product! I recommend. Also, customer service is semi-automated and I can't help but wonder how good it is!

I couldn't recommend this app enough and it works so easily for us non-tech people. It does what it says it will do. I love how this has been designed for Soloprenuers! It's so easy to use and saves so much time, as well as very affordable in this world of ever rising costs of app subscriptions. Sabrina is an authority in the AI Development space and this clearly shows in the app. She is so generous with her quality advice, tips and prompts that she provides for free for everyone to use. I always go to her pages when I'm unsure about something as she is someone I trust. I haven't been let down yet. And no I'm not being paid for this review, just being hones with my experience.

At last a platform that saves me tons of time and enables me to post to multiple services and accounts. Coupled with Claude this is brilliant. I love it and the way Sabrina is adding more and more functionality all the time.
You Gotta Get This
I've been using Blotato for sometime now and I absolutely love it. It's very easy to navigate (even if you're new to content creation and automation), the visuals are great, and everything seems very well organized. Trust me it's so worth using. I know everybody will love it just as much as I do.

Because data is QUEEN. I started using Blotato regularly about a month ago. I ran some analytics because I was curious. 277 posts in 31 days, across 9 connected accounts and 3 brands, 8.9 posts per day, 569 images published in a month, 512 of those were carousel slides, 126 posts sitting queued, 37 days of runway out to 9/11, 121 hours it would have taken by hand vs about 13 hours of actual work. 108 hours saved a month. WHATTTTT!
