Better than many other low cost companies
After reading all the bad reviews I was a bit concerned but my experience hasn't been that bad actually.... Before boarding we've been given some snacks and water and on board the staff gave us a free meal and water again for free. Lot of leg room and also free entertainment despite the short flight (bali-jakarta in my case). The only problem, that unfortunately seems to be the issue of all the Indonesian companies, was the delayed departure of almost 2 hours, due to bad weather conditions at the destination. So, if like me you have another flight to catch, make sure you give yourself plenty of time for the connection, as the probability of a delay is very high. Except for this, I would recommend Batik for short flights, they are better than many others low cost companies around the World.
