On therapist end... takes 20-30 mins to do the note for session and the windows seem to get stuck over others which is part of the time consuming post session work. I've worked on 2 other platforms and theirs are simpler!!
As therapist, I worry that people are being charged monthly indefinitely when they get snoozed....especially when the person is still on your caseload and disappears after several years out of the blue but you cannot get their contact info to check on them. I worry one client is either deceased or had some kind of incident hindering them from resuming therapy; we had great rapport and several years!
