Booking details not clear!
Very sketchy and misleading experience. Booked via Kayak which booked on Underpricer. I booked a fare including a certain level baggage on Aer Lingus. When the booking finally came, the flight was “bundled” with a very sketchy hotel. I never booked that. It also was a basic economy fare to Dublin, with limited bags and then the full baggage allotment from Dublin to London. Not good. Waited on hold for over an hour. Ultimately got to cancel, but would definitely avoid. They are getting cheaper fares by doing a package, knowing that it’s not a real package.
