On time, frozen and delicious!
Product arrived on time and still frozen. Meat was good. Excellent beef flavor with minimal fat.

Answered my question clearly and then...
Answered my question clearly and quickly. Then I tried to use the software I bought for $49. It was the recommended Partition manager software. It would not move my docs and pics from the C drive to the D drive, which is the reason for the purchase. So went on to the chat feature. Got a rep quickly. Then he could not fix the issue and told me if I paid for $99 premium service, they might be able to move the files that their recommended software could not move. No sale. I opted to take a refund of the $49. Spent two + hours on a wild goose chase. Easeus replied per below. They asked for the ticket ID. I have that and would send it but I don't see how I would send it.
