Update: MDSave resolved the issue with the anesthesia bill. Very pleased! We were mostly happy with MDSave but wished they had more locations in our metro area, and that we didn’t get a bill afterwards from a provider that was supposed to be included.
UPDATE: I could not use the product because of a genetic condition I have that caused these to hurt my feet. When I reached out on 8/14 and asked for a refund I have only gotten partial refund offers or instructions on how to wear them "correctly." Please just refund my money already. I didn’t like the product. But what I am most unhappy about is that Carolyn with customer service is trying to swindle me out of a full refund. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
