Extremely poor quality, cheaply made clothing. Bought a defective item and they would not replace it. Response: it was a summer item purchased in winter, so yes, outside your return window. But it literally came out of the package and I saw the seam was torn / not sewn properly, it arrived deficive and was never worn!
I received a pair of pants with a large white bleach spot on the front of the pant leg. When contacting them I was told it is 'part of the wash' which was ridiculous gaslighting because it clearly was a spot that had nothing to do with any wash, they were tan colored pants with one white spot on the front. The only option provided was to pay for return shipping - which I was not going to do. Pants are donated now, will not be buying again. Their clothes are overpriced and most of the time with acrylics rather than cotton, top that off with frequent sizing issues which do not match their listings and poor quality and poor customer service - I would rather go elsewhere from now on - fed up
