I used Chegg and canceled it, but Chegg doesn't ever email you about upcoming charges or subscription changes unless you resubscribe. My cancelation didn't go through properly and I was charged for MONTHS and didn't realize it until I saw a "payment authorization" email from PayPal itself. Companies should not be able to have subscriptions that carry on indefinitely without notifying customers about charges.
