Confused couriers and confusing process. Can deliver the same item without proper packaging but when handling the same item returns demanded it to be packaged like some national treasures. I hope this company goes bankrupt soon.
Agent kept using boiler template without explaining why the return is in unreturnable condition. FYI the box was not touched and only the shipping wrapper is removed and the agents just kept rejecting the return with unreturnable condition reason. Kept asking them for reason and they kept giving the same answer .. it sounds like they are bots or the agents doesn't really understand English??
