Don’t trust Apple for any help, they will not support you!!!!
Apple and Playrix: Cheaters and Liars. The behavior Playrix practices but Apple supports violates Apple’s official App Store review policies against deceptive layouts, irrational pricing, and manipulative purchasing tactics. Why This Violates Apple's Guidelines According to Section 3. Business and Section 5.6 Developer Code of Conduct of the Apple App Review Guidelines: • Scams and Bait-and-Switch: Apple explicitly states that apps attempting to trick users into accidental purchases or using false pretenses will be removed from the App Store. • Irrational Pricing: Apple notes that they "won't distribute apps and in-app purchase items that are clear rip-offs" and will reject apps that try to cheat users with irrationally high prices. • Preying on Users: The code of conduct strictly forbids developers from preying on users, tricking them into unwanted purchases, or using manipulative practices within the app.
