I purchased the orthopedic neck pillow based on excellent reviews. I am not new to this pillow design, however, this one did not work for me. I woke up with neck pain. Contacted company for a return and they offered a different pillow for me to try but I decided not to. The refund was handled quickly and I was told to donate pillow I purchased, so I am passing it on to someone I know who has neck issues. I think this company and pillow is worth a try. It is a good pillow …just not for me. I recommend this company. My experience is unique to me, but you may find pillow works for you. Thank you Dozase for allowing me to try your product and provide someone else opportunity to use it. Amazing.
