11 year old female yorkie now has pancreatitis
11 year old female yorkie. She liked the product, and we introduced it to her as the directions advised. She developed diarrhea, and after 3 days took her to the vet. The blood test results were supposed to be under 200. Hers were over 1600. Vet said there was too much fat in the ingredients which caused pancreatitis. Now Piper is on a gastro diet, taking medicine, and the future awaits. UPDATE: 7/20/26, I just returned from UPS. $48.63 to return 3 1/2 bags of food and the free treats they sent. Yes, as Kat says in her reply to me (and others), check with your vet first. DO NOT trust advertisements that tell you how wonderful a product is unless you are a doctor or scientist. thank you
