Glisson & Julia at Furlife really came through for me. I noticed one evening when I took off my boxers collar that he was missing part of his Furlife pendant. I had just recently bought the 12mth pendants for my 2 dogs & recieved them just the week before. When I emailed them and explained my situation they not only promptly got back to me, but also are sending me out a replacement pendent free of charge. Thank you Furlife
