Shipment date much later than estimated
I'm not sure I'm going to get my costume before Halloween even though it's 3 weeks away. It was expected in 5-9 dya, but after I ordered it it says almost 3 weeks!!

BEWARE!
BEWARE!! I was ordering a framed picture for $200. Shipping was $30. I saw that there was a 20% coupon, so I changed the order and got $40 off. Great! No, not great, the shipping went up to $50!! So then I checked and put in the order without coupon, shipping was $30. I checked it out 2 more times.m, consistently the same! When you get 20% off you get charged $20 more for shipping. I complained online, they pretended they didn’t understand and said “shipping charges can vary”. They’re liars and the site is fraudulent. Buy from Art.com!!
