Extremely Disappointed With the Lack of Communication and Order Delays
We had been using Uniform Advantage for a couple of months without any major issues until the first week of August 2026. I placed an order for custom embroidered scrubs on July 29, 2026. When I attempted to track the order in early August, I discovered that I could no longer view my current or previous orders. I contacted customer service and was told the company was experiencing technical issues that were expected to be resolved within approximately 72 hours. Unfortunately, that did not happen. Over the following weeks, I contacted customer service multiple times and spoke with approximately five different representatives, each of whom gave me different information about the outage, when it would be resolved, and the status of my order. It has now been approximately four weeks since my order was placed, and I still have not received a meaningful update regarding my custom embroidered scrubs. What made the situation even more frustrating was that customers were not formally notified about the technical outage until roughly two weeks after the issues began. Uniform Advantage provided a $20 gift card as compensation, but considering the length of the delay, lack of consistent communication, and continued uncertainty surrounding my order, I do not feel that this adequately addressed the situation. I was also disappointed that the company appeared to continue accepting new orders while experiencing significant issues processing and tracking existing ones. As a business that depends on uniforms arriving on time, reliability and communication are extremely important to us. This experience has significantly changed my opinion of Uniform Advantage. The inconsistent information, prolonged delays, and lack of proactive communication have raised serious concerns for me about their customer service and business practices. Based on my experience, I would encourage other businesses and customers who depend on timely uniform orders to consider more reliable alternatives.
