Trying to return a wig following their own return policy requirements I have emailed them 3 times and have requested the return and sent them pictures of the wig which is in the return policy requirements. The wig took 3 weeks to get and the customer service and the shipping time is horrible. DO NOT Buy from this company you will be taking a huge risk!!!!
I wrote a review on this company about them not honoring their return policy and not even offering a replacement for a nother wig. I never wore the wig and I sent pictures but they kept giving me excuses on why they wouldn't give me my money back. I'm writing this second review now because I saw their response to my complaint and they are lying they have my order number several pictures they have everything that was required according to their return policy they have never tried to make this right in any type of way!! I have emailed these people over 4 times and called they refused to give me my refund this wig was over $260 DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THE WIGS ARE CHEAP LOOKING AND MOST OF ALL IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT YOU ARE TAKING A CHANCE IN GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK GOOD LUCK!!!
They will not honor their return policy and the hair is cheap donot buy it you will be taking a chance!! They will not give you a refund or replace the product with something else this company is a fraud tried to report them to the BBB but they're not a member believe their located in Hong Kong also it took over 3 weeks to get this horrible wig!! THE PICTURES ARE A FAKE THE WIGS DON'T LOOK LIKE THAT DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY YOU WON'T GET IT BACK!!!
