Broken Not busted …
Signed for “free” YouTube premium membership. They charged my card anyway, and their customer service is shoddy, and feels like SCAM. Then they attempted to CALL me back but I missed the call and when I tried to return the call a different person answered and said they have NOTHING to do with Google or Youtuube. They asked me for personal information about myself and private banking information and it set off BIG alarms! When I “googled” this scenario GOIGLE themselves suggested it was a SCAM and that SCAMMERS PIRATE THEIR WEBSITE to conduct ILLICIT activities. CRAZY 😜 RIGHT?’ So when I called back the customer support number and mentioned this they told me to ***K off and called me names and said they will tap into my account and STEAL my money. I immediately CLOSED MY CARD, and this FREE offer from YouTube has turned into a TOTAL DISASTER which makes me not want to do any vusiness with GOOGLE whatsoever! Their RESPONSE: EXTREMELY NEGLIGENT!! Any Company this BIG should be TORN apart by laws that are supposed to PROTECT AMERICANS but GREEDY POLITICIANS ARE LETTING IT GO on PURPOSE. Because they are getting PAID too! Make no mistakes in understanding the system is BROKEN!😡 😡 😡
