Pricing is misleading and customer support is awful
Started building my website with their supposedly free tier, but the moment you want to do anything actually useful like connect a domain or remove their massive ads, they hit you with ridiculous upgrade fees. The interface is also super clunky and slow to load if you have more than three pages. Tried to cancel my premium plan within the 14-day window and they made the process incredibly confusing, forcing me to jump through hoops just to stop auto-renewal. Definitely moving my business site to a different platform
