We booked a 2 bedroom suite because we needed extra space for my special needs daughter medical equipment. When arriving to the hotel we were informed that room type did not exist. The front desk said they would gladly refund our room once we talked to reservation counter. After over 7 phone calls being told we’d receive a refund and then receiving an email after saying we wouldn’t we are extremely disappointed in this site. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. We paid over $800 for a room that doesn’t exist and they did absolutely nothing to fix the situation.
