Gas lighters
Ordered multiple blinds in May. One c a me the wrong size. The installer said he placed replacement order. He cut the blinds as a temp fix. In July my sales rep Sarah gas lit me and confirmed replacement is on way. Don't trust that lady. She told me she was making no money off my deal because she wanted to help because she wanted to help after my mothers death. Just use Sarah for competing quotes. I've called, emailed and texted customer service several times over the last few weeks. No response what do ever.the blinds look like crop. I spent over 3k on 7 windows and they look like crap. 0
