I am trying to connect with TruStage (CMFG Life Insurance Company) for last 10 days to cancel my AD&D policy. But no luck. I could not able to connect neither my online account and not able to connect over the phone to the customer care which they have provided online. Very worst service. Please don't go with TruStage (CMFG Life Insurance Company) for any type of insurance. Very very worst Insurance provider.
Purchased here for the first time, and I’ll never buy from them again. My first order was canceled from them for “fraudulent activity” 🤣—using the same card I’ve used for years, including for much larger purchases. I placed the same order again, but this time at a higher price(same items). No price adjustment was offered reason gave by them - “the system doesn’t allow it.” 🤣 Then, in the second order, one of the lower-priced items was canceled because “it was the last piece.” 🤣 Basically, they have no idea what they’re doing. Be careful before ordering from them.
