Bambu Lab builds state-of-the-art 3D printers that break the barriers between the digital and physical worlds, bringing creativity to a whole new level. Right now we have three sites located at Shenzhen and Shanghai in China and Austin, Texas of U.S.
Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the remarkably fast delivery service and the exceptionally intuitive setup process, which allows new users to start printing smoothly within minutes of unboxing. People are also highly impressed by the outstanding print quality, the wonderful software, and the generally reliable performance of the machines over time.
Some reviewers were not happy with technical glitches, noting unexpected extruder malfunctions, annoying cutting errors, and hardware issues after brief periods of use. Others experienced occasional delivery delays, missing items, or carrier problems that caused considerable frustration when trying to receive their packages securely.
I am very satisfied with the A2L printer itself. However, in my opinion, the overall ordering and delivery process was a bad experience.
It was completely unclear that the shipment would be split into two parts. I simply received a delivery confirmation email showing the original order number from when I bought the printer along with the accessories.
Naturally, I was confused when I received only a small package that could never have fit a printer, and I had to contact your support team to ask whether there had been a mistake or if everything was alright. Support finally informed me that the order had been split into two separate deliveries.
Later, I ordered additional accessories, including a hardened steel hotend. When searching for it in your shop, I was confused again because the hotend product page does not clearly state what material it actually is—stainless steel or hardened steel. I could only guess and had to do further research to figure out that the black ones are made of hardened steel. I really don't understand why this isn't simply stated in a single, clear sentence on the page.
This makes ordering from your web shop a thoroughly unsatisfying experience, as there is always a lingering uncertainty about whether I'm actually buying the right item.

A bit delayed and I was surprised it wasnt packed better than it was. Boxes of filament and a power supply just tossed into a bigger box without any padding of any kind. So it wasn’t secured inside the bigger box. It had been rattling around for sure. But luckily nothing happened. So all in all, I was luckily pleased with the result. If the packaging was better so it couldn’t move around. I would have been more pleased, despite the small delay.
Everything arrived on time. But the packaging could be better. Some of the filament boxes were dented—I hope that doesn't cause any problems for the filament inside.
Very high quality of filament they produce, quick shipping and RFID systems simply works , give 4 star only because lots of filaments are out of stock and they are usually gone like in 1 day after restocking.. :(
Great Product and Service, with Room for Faster Support
Delivery is fast, filament prices are competitive, and the overall service has been reliable. No issues with our orders.
Customer service through online correspondence is helpful and accommodating, but response times could be faster. Since there is no phone or live chat option, resolving an issue can sometimes take longer than expected. When communication goes back and forth, each response can take several hours, meaning that resolving a simple issue or reaching an agreement can sometimes take 2–3 days.
Faster customer support would make an already good experience much better.
Bambu Lab printers look truly professional. They're easy to use and incredibly fast! The only downside is the various controversies around open-source licenses, which lowered my rating to 4/5.
Bambu is a excellent company to deal with. They have an awesome 3D printer that works very well. The filament they sell is also pretty good, but costly. I don't like the fact they force you to use their rolls if you want it to be recognized by the machine.
My review of the ordering process, along with reviews I have seen from multiple sources had me thinking this would be a good experience, but sadly Bambu Lab UK is let down by the support process.
Now I understand that things go wrong, and having been an IT hardware engineer for 25 years, I appreciate that the support process can be process of elimination, BUT...
My A1 started to refuse to print. For those who don't understand what they do, its called the extrusion process, basically when the material is heated and pushed through a nozzle onto the printing surface. I did the basic user tests that are available, then logged it as a fault. 12 days later I am still unable to print. Bambu have blamed the filament I was using, they have asked for videos and device logs, they have sent out a spool of their own material to rule out the type I was using. None of this has worked, and I am still unable to use my printer.

First order with them, delivered my order to Rotherham (apparent neighbour) even though we live half way across the other side of the country. Support is ofc ai or non-existent, no telephone number or contact. We'll open a ticket they say... scam.

Can't believe a I bought an A1 after all the issues with my P1S. Both are now down and support hasn't replied in almost two weeks. I'm 100% done with Bambu products. Terrible, and I mean absolute garbage support, they must think I'm American instead of Canadian.
Update: I replied to their message that it was being escalated four or five days ago... still nothing has been done. Two machines completely out of commission for almost three weeks with zero follow up.

Material (5*) Software (3*) due to NFC of 3rd parties
Material (5*) : Very simple device, easy to use from newbies to experimented.
Software (3*): should manage NFCtags from major tiers, at least the printer should detect an NFC spool identifier and let the user setup caracteristics with it's own data. Remind that Bambulab is regularely out of stock of filaments, and we have to see tiers. Not always a prolem of price because bundles are nice, but a lake of availability.
Still a very good machine despite this useless frustration.
I bought an A1 from Harvey Norman. It wouldn't print properly. After just four days, the latch holding the hot end in broke because it was blocked with filament. The printer has been returned to Harvey Norman four days ago. I had hoped they would simply have replaced it with a new one.

Since the printer was returned directly to the store, its processing timeline and return policies are managed by the retailer's team.
