Most reviewers were somewhat happy with their experience overall. Customers frequently praise the responsive support team, noting how quickly staff members assist with exchanges and resolve issues. Many consumers also appreciate the comfortable fabrics, beautiful colors, and attractive designs of the clothing and jewelry items. However, some customers also noted that sizing can be quite tricky, requiring careful attention to measurement charts. People frequently mentioned that returning products is expensive and complicated because international packages must be shipped back to China. A few shoppers also experienced issues with poor fabric quality, unexpected material textures, or items arriving damaged.

Wrong size. The original order didn’t even give me a size option so a free bracelet ended up costing me more money than just buying one somewhere else.
Dear Customer, Thank you for your message. We’re sorry that we were unable to locate your order using the provided name "Jerika". To assist you more efficiently and provide an accurate solution, could you kindly share your order number or the email address used for the purchase? We truly appreciate your cooperation and look forward to your reply. Kind regards, Buddha Stones Customer Care
Corduroy harem lined two tone pants. Excellent before, during and after service. The quality is beautiful, the feel of them on is luxe! The pleats are stunning, warm pockets, colour isn't true orange (not a colour I like on me), definitely terracotta/burned orange. So comfortable, soft and cosy. True to size. Suitable for many occasions. They're already a loved item in my wardrobe and know they'll last me forever. Thanks Buddah Stones 🤓☮️🕉️🥰😎

The single star is only given because there is no option for zero stars. Buyer beware. The "hassle free returns" that Bhudda Stones promises is a complete scam. In addition to a restocking fee of $8.95, you will be responsible for shipping if you have to return something. We are talking Xiaoshun Town, Jindong District, Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province, China. The company also stated that for a return the buyer would also need to provide insurance. There were a few options for shipping from the USA and none were inexpensive. The most reasonable cost for shipping from NY State was $53 US. The cost of my purchase was $41 US. This was to return a pair of pants that were grossly missized. The moral of this story is to check reviews first here on Trustpilot where I would have seen many reviewers with similar horror stories. You don't get a 3.6 stars out of 5 stars for being the best.
Dear Customer, We are sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with the sizing of the trousers and the return process. We understand that international return shipping can be costly and inconvenient, and we regret that this has affected your experience. Our customer service team is actively following up on your after-sales case and working to find a suitable solution. We take your feedback regarding our return policy, sizing, and overall customer experience seriously. We will continue communicating with you to see how we can best assist you with your concerns. Kind regards, Buddha Stones Customer Service Team
The mala necklaces are beautiful, the clothes size can be different with different style. I bought all the pants in size small, one out of three pants I had to exchange for a larger size. Customer service is nice and accommodating. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend buddhastoneshop to friends and family.

Ordered the Buddha Stones Casual Men's Solid Color Cotton Drawstring Pants With Pockets in typical size I would order other jeans and pants (33 in). Fit perfect. A little long until I washed them. Then the length was just right. Love the fabric. Very comfortable.

Customer Service was very responsive and solved the exchange I wanted to make quickly and simply. The pants I ordered fit me beautifully with the exception of the waist which could be about 1/2"-1" bigger. The designs and stitching are fun and appear well made although I haven't put anything in the washer yet so we'll see. The corduroy is nice and heavy and there is plenty of room for leggings but I'm not even sure I'll need them. I was hesitant to buy from Buddha Stones because I'd had a bad experience years ago trying to return a small order to China - ended up giving it to Goodwill - happily that was not the case with Buddha Stones.

I have purchased approximately 8 pairs of pants and I love wearing them around the house. They are so comfortable but make sure of your correct size. The bracelets are beautiful and so colorful!!! I love Buddahpants!!!

I've already ordered lots of clothes and jewelry and l don't regret it. The jewelry is attractive, meaningful and well shaped. The clothes well done, the fabric used is good quality and washes easily. My concern was the shipment, but if a problem appears, the customer service takes care of it straight away. The size of the garments have to be checked before ordering, as it's difficult to send back the items.

I ordered the incorrect size, but fortunately for me buddhastones said they could send the right size with me only paying for the shipping fee. I really appreciate them doing this🙌 Much love😊

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Beautiful Shopping Experience – Buddha Stones I was drawn to Buddha Stones for their beautiful clothing, particularly the comfort and fabric, which are so important to me at the moment. I’m currently going through a gruelling breast cancer treatment journey, and finding clothing that is comfortable, looks beautiful and is easy to care for is an absolute blessing. It’s one less thing to worry about when so much of my energy is focused on getting through each day. Unfortunately, I chose the incorrect sizes with the clothing, which was completely my mistake. However, Buddha Stones’ customer service (Tashi) responded so quickly and was extremely polite, helpful and understanding. Tashi went above and beyond to resolve my issue, and I have so much gratitude and praise for their support. I also purchased some beautiful stone jewellery, choosing pieces to bring me peace, strength and guidance as I navigate my healing journey. There’s something special about finding things that not only bring comfort physically but also offer a sense of calm and positivity during challenging times. Buddha Stones has given me a little of both, and I’m so grateful to have discovered them. Thank you, Buddha Stones, for offering beautiful pieces that bring comfort, meaning and a little extra light when it’s needed most. ❤️🙏 Namaste

I am the original consummate shopper and demand instant gratification... "shopping" at Buddha Stone Shop has been one of my most satisfying experiences, not only for their products, but especially for their customer service, Tashi is wonderful. You will not be disappointed with either.

I ordered a men’s necklace which has an inadequate fixing method and disintegrated after a shower after 24 hours, absolutely triumph of design over practicality. This happened before so I thought I’d try again - my mistake. Choose your item carefully.
Dear customer, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are sincerely sorry to hear that your necklace broke after just 24 hours and that you had such a frustrating experience. We completely understand your disappointment, especially since this happened to you previously. Please rest assured that we take product durability and design functionality very seriously. To help make things right, we have already reached out to you directly via email at [email protected] to offer a dedicated after-sales solution (such as a replacement or refund). Please kindly check your inbox or spam folder when you have a moment. We truly appreciate your valuable feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to resolve this for you and regain your trust. I ordered three pairs of pants. The first two were absolutely fabulous. So comfy and cute. I love them and wear them all the time. The third pair was cute but just didn't fit right. I contacted the company to see if I could exchange, and they let me pick out a new pair of pants, granted I have to pay for shipping and customs, etc. but still comes out a better deal than buying it again and they let me keep the old pair, which I can give to a friend. It was a seamless experience. But I really recommend getting something you know will fit right or you will be out a few bucks. Overall not a big deal for me because I really do love the pants.

Love the choices and designs on the clothing. I receive compliments on the Harem pants everytime I'm in the yoga studio. They are so comfortable to work out in and they are versatile for outside studio. Customer service is very responsive, offering helpful explanations.

If you like the product you might be fine. The the company is not right to ask a customer to lie... Returns are far from "hassle free". They asked me if I wanted %10 back on my purchase to keep it or pay return delivery to China and lie that the purchase was under $10. Lying to customs is not right. But also I would only be able to claim $10 if the item got lost or damaged in transit
