I ordered a medium size, I am 5'5" tall, about 165 pounds, although the service was good and the fabric looks vey good, when I try to stretch my arms forward, the back of the shirt feels too tight, which I think it will worsens after washing. They have been very prompt to respond and I wish I will resolve this easily.

If I could give no stars I would. Clothing was terrible quality and the customer service is garbage. I thoroughly read the return policy before purchasing, however the return address is NOT the same as the address the package is shipped from in Canada. The return address is in China and has a shipping cost of over $200 to return the items. Aside from the quality of the clothing, the sizing was all over the place. Two items were absolutely massive and the other was tiny. Will never purchase from here again and urge others to proceed with caution!

The quality of the clothing products I have ordered is very good for a very reasonable charge. I find the fit to be a little on the generous size however, this suits me fine. The customer services team are very helpful and understanding, I had one item which was a little small, there was absolutely no issues with the help from the customer services team who were extremely helpful. Avoid this B.S. company at all costs! Under the guise of being spiritual and Tibetan this company makes crappy clothes in sizes all over the place. I ordered three similiar pants in the same size and one fit perfectly, the other two I couldn't even get on. I tried to return the two pairs that didn't fit and was given an ultimatum. You can return them at your own cost or take what turned into $8 back. I spent $85 on the three pairs of pants. I insisted on getting the address which took 4 emails to get and it was an address deep in China that would cost about $40 to send to. I wasted 3 weeks trying to get my money back from this Chinese company. DO NOT BUY FROM BUDDHASTONES!!!

UPDATE Despite being told on THREE OCCASIONS that a refund had been processed and would be with me in in 5 working days, this company have now sent a screen shot showing the refund was issued 15 minutes ago. They are liars, cheats and have only refunded because I have persisted. DO NOT TRUST THEM. This is nothing more than a scam. I ordered 3 dresses, when they came, 1 was the correct size, the other 2 were MASSIVE. This store has repeatedly told me that my refund will be in my bank in 3-5 working days. I have not received a penny back. Please do not trust them with your money! I unfortuneatly had to give them 1 star, they deserve nothing!

Have purchased malas and other items for several years. Their jewelry is beautiful. Have had great difficulty with the clothing. Be very very careful with the sizes. Check the size charts carefully and know that most clothing is 2 to 3 sizes SMALLER than US or European sizes. While their customer service is rapid and accommodating, returning anything is a nightmare and expensive.

Trousers: cotton dragon auspicious clouds - black with yellow dragons, priced at $49.59 per pair, turned out to be made out of cheap flimsy material, using cheap dyes, the reverse side is white (!), after a couple of washes are now covered in white dots, I think they should be priced at $10 max not to misguide the customers and make them believe they are buying something of a decent quality. The same comment goes to Layered leaves vines flowers harem pants priced $35.59. Elastic waist band looks cheap on both pairs. Its very sad, because on the website pics they look great :(

I am very frustrated with Buddhastoneshop customer service. I've never experienced such poor customer service. I feel like I have to vent. In august, I purchased three buddha figurines. I got a package that only contained 1 figurine. I assumed the other two were being shipped later. I never got the other 2 figurines. So, I contacted customer service who just kept arguing that they all shipped and I must have gotten them. They finally even sent a photograph from the delivery service that showed the 1 small box. The photo did NOT include the second package with the other two figures. I pointed this out to the representative who just said, "the weight matches". At this point I'm done with customer service and I'm looking an address where I can compose a letter of complaint. I'd like the other two figurines I purchased. I don't want a refund; I want the figurines. As to the delivery service, they refused to leave one package I'd ordered in the package room and returned it to Denver. I had to coordinate with 'AI' to get the delivery rescheduled. I did finally get that small package. My last communication was 9/19/26. Update as of 9/20/26: Thank you, Buddhastoneshop for responding to my complaint and in thoroughly reviewing my orders, you realized that I had not received the 2 figurines and that you working to resolve the issue. Update 9/23/26 Do you have any idea when I will receive the two missing figurines? Update 10/3/2026: This company has failed me as a customer. I still don't have the 2 missing figurines and their emails are evasive and it is clear that the company doesn't give damn if I get the figurines I paid for or not. At this point, I'm going to find an address and/or phone number for their corporate headquarters and write a letter. They have essentially stolen the money I paid for the figurines.
