I was surprised by the lovely quality of the palazzo pants I ordered. Beautiful design with vibrant colors. The material was a tad heavier than I anticipated but good quality. The first pair I ordered, size L, fit perfectly. The second pair was a bit large. They will exchange for me.

Another good company goes down hill

I've bought from this company many times over the years. At first, their quality and pricing was fantastic, but about 2 years ago things started to change. String braclet color started to bleed out and the plastic ends that allow you to loop the braclet together broke apart. I thought- hoped - it was a temporary manufacturing issue. But this year, I learned the hard way that they have cut too many corners on quality. How do I know? My wife recently told me 'I liked that braclet you used to have,' so I bought 2 similar braclets - one for her and one for me. When I opened them, I was embarassed. The design pattern as inconsistent (and didn't even cover half the bracelet - the rest was red string), the thickness was a fraction of what it used to be, and the workmanship looked like something from a child who set up a braclet stand outside their house. Shame on me for waiting until my wife's birthday to show her. Shame on Buddhastones for selling substandard items. If you can't make margins on a product - don't make it. Buddhastones - offering to give me a refund if I pay over $30 in shipping costs or letting me choose new items but, again, saying that I have to pay over $30 in shipping costs is NOT a refund. It is proof you do not care about your customers. If I could give you -1 stars I would.

I have been a customer for quite some time and purchase plenty of jewelry items and I must say they have been of the highest quality, I have never had a problem with my pieces tarnishing or breaking. I will be purchasing more products as Christmas gifts.

Updated review of returns

This is a tentative adjustment to the review I published yesterday referring to the inadequate refunds information and policy and the poor customer service response. However I have now been contacted by Tashi and the company have offered a full refund while telling me to keep the clothing. I will donate this to someone it will fit . I am, therefore, now giving this company 3 stars which could improve if they fulfil their refund agreement. I have also suggested that they improve their refund information and instructions generally on their website. I hope they will do this Brief update - the refund has been made and is now in my account extremely promptly. It’s very unfortunate that it took these reviews to make this happen. Christine

Ordering was easy

Ordering was easy, I went for the buy two get one free special. There was a bit of a delay but through no fault of Buddhastoneshop and the customer service was fantastic when I reached out to them. One of my trousers looked a bit off colour from what I had ordered but I gave it a wash and it was perfect. Love these trousers. They’re so comfortable. Perfect for lounging or travelling.

Hugely oversized compared to the measurements

I checked the size chart carefully and still wound up with massive oversized pants. In order to make an exchange, I am required to write this review. But I can hardly review something I haven't been able to wear. The fabric print looks very pretty but I cannot tell if the fabric is irritating because I haven't been able to wear them. This is a lot of effort to go through for something I might not even be able to wear due to my sensitive skin.

DO NOT BUY!

How does this shop even have this many stars? I never leave reviews, but it's been months of back and forth, and I'm still livid about this. First off, Buddha stones is based in China, y'all. Not Colorado, not anywhere in the US. China. Does it say that anywhere on there website? Absolutely not. Hassle free returns? A bold faced lie. Had i bought one or two items from them, I'd have let it be. I always look at a company's return policy when buying from them, looked simple enough. But now that my $160 return made it through Chinese customs, it's lost somewhere in the abyss, and that is money I lost on cheap clothing that looks nothing like the images. This entire company is a scam, and I'm sure it's how they make their money, counting on the fact that people won't return their crappy clothing. The customer service I received was, and remains, garbage. They have nothing to say for themselves about any of this. In fact, when asking for a refund after all the back and forth, and all my efforts in trying to be nice to these scammers, they circumvented my request entirely, stating something about Trump's tariffs and their taxes. I never said anything about paying for the taxes, and I hate Trump as much as the next person. This has nothing to do with him. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Appalling quality

Appalling quality, ridiculous shape, sizing unbelievably small. Fabric was cheap nylon Sizing, well large was about a size 10 They look nothing like the pictures and weird seams in wrong places A 4 YEAR OLD KID WOULD HAVE MADE A BETTER GARMENT I'm FURIOUS as I waited 2 weeks for the goods to arrive only to be totally disappointed. I don't have the money to shop elsewhere and I don't have the money to send them back. Buddha are not interested in refunding me. Ordering an incorrect size for a pair of Buddha Pants

I ordered incorrect size for a pair of Buddha Stones Corduroy Harem Pants. The Customer Team provided exceptional instruction and very accommodating in offering to send a replacement. I will only need to pay shipping cost. The products purchased in the past are very good. I plan purchased additional items given the fast delivery service and communications from Customer Service. A 'Feedback Card' was not in the initial item and not in any of the items purchased previously. Therefore I am providing feedback now. Thank You.

They sell absolute crap. If you complain you get 5 euros back for basically trash. Do not buy!!!!!
