This is a fraudulent company. I have returned the ill fitting clothes (at personal expense) and they pretend to refund but no refund is actually in my bank. They keep repeating same mantra and will not be honest. They will respond to this with ‘we have refunded you’ but NO money is in my account and they will not listen- I need my refund and do not have time for this continuous asking for it, I just want my money back.

Scam! Poor quality, products dont match description, poor service
Products don't match description - other sizes (5cm shorter than they promise), low quality, and a bad customer service: Wishing to return, they ask me to 'return to a different adress' which is the same adress as other scams use, in china, costing over €55 to send anything there anyway, where they remind you that things may get lost and then you don't get anything in return.
Another thing: One of the shirts lost all its buttons (meaning it would just swing open, it was a blouse) on the first wear - so ashamed to have that piece of cloth. They did offer a small discount for that. So I guess that's the 2 stars.
Very poor experience, and also none of their ways to deal with stuff alligns with their so called 'ethical' way of spreading good stuff in the world. Terrible, should not be possible, never buy here!

I ordered some jewelry and clothing. The wait time for the order was reasonable, although it was a couple of days longer than expected. The jewelry is okay and was exactly as described. However, the clothing was not to my taste. The fabric of the leggings feels very cheap, and once stretched on the body, it turns whitish. The Harem Pure Cotton Pants are nice, but they are not well made on the front. It does a front pouch effect and well that not flattering. Customer service for refund or exchange is long. They tell you to proceed with the order you have to write about your experience here on trust pilot. Now say that they don't find your order?? Here is my order#CABS6488. I took one more start because this is ridiculous customer service.

Bought some harem pants and the material and sewing is total trash. They look cool but they're really weak. The dragon trousers ripped along the seam on the first day I wore them just from moving awkwardly on the couch. I'll get some webbing and repair them and see if lining them helps. Disappointing for the price and wait.

I purchased an item that was not quite the right size, and wanted to return it. As usual when purchasing online, I looked up the returns information and found out through emailing the company they were based in China, and a return was going to be £22 and not worth it.
In the beginning they offered a 10% refund if I kept the item, then a 30% refund, which wasn't really a great option, as I really didn't want to item because it was too small.
However, through various emails sharing my frustration at the situation, they offered a full refund.
I think the items they offer seem good, but I would still be careful if you might need to return the item or you could be set to loose a lot of money by sending things back to China.
Thank you Buddhastone for finally settling this situation for me. I still will not buy from you in the future though, as to me, being able to return an item easily is important.

Always great products. Unfortunately sizes are limited for jewelry, but if you find the right size the beauty of the item is impeccable. The customer service is as wonderful as their items.
