Most reviewers were somewhat happy with their experience overall. Customers frequently praise the responsive support team, noting how quickly staff members assist with exchanges and resolve issues. Many consumers also appreciate the comfortable fabrics, beautiful colors, and attractive designs of the clothing and jewelry items. However, some customers also noted that sizing can be quite tricky, requiring careful attention to measurement charts. People frequently mentioned that returning products is expensive and complicated because international packages must be shipped back to China. A few shoppers also experienced issues with poor fabric quality, unexpected material textures, or items arriving damaged.

The sizing issues with the garments from this company are real. I ordered men's 2XL pants, and the waist is a snug fit on my girlfriend, who wears a women's medium. They generously offered to replace these pants for just the cost of shipping and no need to return the first ones. Depending on the fit and quality of the replacements, I may update this review to a higher rating.
Dear customer, Thank you for sharing your experience and for your honest feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear about the sizing issue you encountered. Because our garments are handcrafted and based on Asian sizing standards, the fit can indeed differ from Western size expectations, and we understand how frustrating this can be. Your feedback is very important to us and helps us continue improving our size guides and product descriptions. We’re glad our team was able to offer a replacement solution, and we sincerely hope the new pair meets your expectations in terms of both fit and quality. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly if you need any further assistance once you receive it. Thank you again for your patience and for giving us the opportunity to make things right. We truly appreciate it.

I like the quality of the craftsmanship and the fabric of the two items I ordered. The US sizing wasn't right for me and I'm still in the process of resolving this issue.

I ordered a matching moss agate jade ring set as alternative wedding bands for my husband and I. Mine ended up being too small but they offered to send a replacement for just the cost of shipping. The rings themselves are beautiful and matched our wedding decor. The replacement is a perfect fit.

The variety of items available were great. Loved the harem pants!! Process of ordering and receiving purchases very well handled! Only concern was getting the correct size. Recommend choosing pant sizes smaller than you think! Great quality products and comfy! Great support for questions and concerns.

I like the quality of the pants that I purchased they fit me well and the material was comfortable. They were well-made. However, the T-shirts that I bought were huge even though I followed the size chart. Try to return items lots of emails back-and-forth, but they did replace my items and the emails were polite. I would buy from this company again. Just make sure you really take your measurements and check the sizes and shipment took a long time because they’re coming out of the country.

Bought three items of which two are good fit and proper quality fabric. I wanted to return one item, but there is no return address on the website. After a couple of exchanges with customer service a solution was offered, which is satisfactory. I do think nowadays a return policy should be more clearly stated on the website with a return address or instructions include included in the website or the package you received. I’m happy with the clothing.

The two tops I ordered were sadly nothing like the pictures on the website, the communication has been good since and eventually I have received a full refund.
Dear customer, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that the items did not meet your expectations and that this experience has been frustrating for you. We would like to clarify that we do offer refunds in line with our return policy. Because orders are shipped internationally, returns are sent back to our warehouse, and the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility. For this reason, we often propose alternative solutions such as partial refunds or exchanges first, so customers can avoid high international return shipping fees. These options are entirely voluntary and are not intended to deny a return. Regarding the appearance of the items, differences in color and fabric perception can sometimes occur due to lighting, screen settings, and the natural characteristics of materials. That said, we understand that this does not change how you feel about the products you received, and we regret that they did not meet your expectations. We are sorry if our email communication felt like “back and forth.” Our intention is always to find a solution that works best for the customer while following our policy. Thank you for your feedback—it helps us continue to improve our service and communication.
I ordered and paid for 3 pairs of pants but have only received one. To be fair, I love the pants, they are comfortable and good quality. Im not sure who's fault this is
Dear customer, Sorry to keep you waiting. For logistical purposes, items in the same order may arrive separately. We do this to ensure that items are shipped to you ASAP. We will try our best to ship your rest parcel soon and notify you once available with a tracking number via email. If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us. Have a nice day.
