The articles are nice. Yes articles are nice but clarity about products is essential
The articles are nice, my interaction is somewhat limited. The more I familiarize myself with your products, the greater the likelihood of purchases. I like the products that I've seen so far. However, with the clothing, I need to remind myself that size tend to be about 2 sizes smaller than traditional sizes. I believe the company should communicate that initially.

I’ve ordered from this shop twice and absolutely love the style and quality of the products. The customer service is amazing—super responsive and very helpful when I needed to exchange for a different size. Oh dear. I was excited to receive my two pairs of Buddhastones' harem pants. They took a long time to arrive (China, I presume), and the quality of the lined corduroy trousers was good. However, their UK sizing was not at all accurate and both pairs were tight. The lighter pair were extremely short, tight and transparent, none of which was clear in the marketing.
I did receive an answer when I asked to swap the products (for 2 sizes up on my usual sizing), but this was swiftly followed by a request for a further £21 to cover replacement and being told keep the originals because of their no returns policy. So wasteful – not at all Buddha-like/mindful. And to do with them if they don't fit!
I had been enjoyably browsing the Buddhastones' website for my next purchases, but my experience is disappointing and I would not buy from Buddhastones again, despite their enticing array of products. If you are thinking of making a purchase, be aware of potential sizing discrepencies and no returns policy.

After much back and forth and wasted time and energy this company did finally issue me a full refund, and I donated the damaged merchandise accordingly.
Buddhastone did follow through with a refund but I felt like one had to jump through hoops to make this happen, it was time consuming and frustarting at times. I am updating my customer experience accordingly.

I have purchased a pair of Cotton Linen High Waist Wide Length Pants, they arrived three weeks after purchase ( ok not a big deal) I took them out of the packaging and noted a tear/hole in the fabric/damaged.
I took pics and have emailed your contact web site three times now with absolutly no response.
I am beyond frustrated with the lack of any kind of acknowledgement.
I have packaged this item up ready to send "somwhere"? and require not only a SHIPPING LABEL from you as the vendor but a FULL REFUND.
This is unaceptable and feels fraudulant to me.
Please respond and advise as to my next steps before I take further action.

I ordered some linen trousers, which were nothing like the colour advertised in the photograph. They then shrunk in the first wash, and are unwearable by me. To their credit, the company have offered me a refund.

Regarding the color, our linen trousers are made with natural or hand-dyed fabrics, and slight color differences can occur due to lighting in photos, screen settings, and the nature of the material itself. That said, we understand how disappointing it can be when the item looks different from what you expected.
As for shrinking, linen is a natural fiber and can shrink if washed in warm or hot water or tumble-dried. We always recommend gentle cold washing and air drying to help maintain the original size and shape. We regret if this was not clear enough at the time of purchase.

My items are good quality and quite attractive, although it took about 3 weeks to get them. I ordered the wrong color backpack, and the promised discounts were not applied. However, I emailed and customer service replied immediately, offering to refund the amount of the discount to my card-- which they have not yet done. They also gave me a link and said that if I pay for shipping and write a review, they will send me the blue bag I meant to order. So I am writing this review, having paid for shipping. And I am hoping they refund the promised discount and ship the new bag. Customer service has been very prompt and helpful in all communications, and as I said, the items I received are good quality.

Items took a couple of weeks to come, I wasn’t in a rush so that didn’t bother me.
The sizing was odd, and what said UK 10 on the website was really oversized.
Decided to return all items and this where my issue lies. There is no online returns form and no paperwork in the bag so I had to hand write my name, order number and reason for return and email the company to get the return address (this is not provided on the website and they ask that you email for it!). They replied to me twice asking if there’s another solution to refunding after I was clear that I wanted to return them. 3 times I have had to ask for them to send me the return address, I go abroad soon and need to get the package back in time. It’s ridiculous for a service to operate this way and feels obstructive.
Update: following this review, the company issued me a full refund without having to return the goods. I appreciated this.

Harem pants I received where beautiful. The material was nice and soft. However, the pants where too big and I needed to exchange them for a medium.
