I ordered 3 pairs of corduroy harem pants on the buy 2 get one free offer. They took over 5 weeks to arrive and whilst good quality material the colours are nothing like the photos. I asked to return them and was told I needed to return them to China at my own expense and was offered a 5%discount to keep them . I'm then thinking that I wont know if they get delivered or not and its going to cost me £20 and I might not get a refund so I negotiated a 30% discount. I felt it was quite deceptive that the address given initially was in the UK but obviously they are based in China

The quality of the shirt is fantastic but ran 2 sizes too small. They have been very responsive on answering my questions on how to replace/refund. I’m still waiting on replacement but seems they will take care of replacement for a small restocking/shipping fee. Got link for replacement but they charged me over 3x as much as payment link stated for another item I didn’t order so now I’m waiting on them to refund

This store has a LOT of products to look at, it is pretty insane. From tea cups and instruments to clothing and jewelry, they have it all, it's the ultimate Asian store. The thing is though, they all have varying degrees of quality which brings to question if the price is justified considering some items actually look fairly nice and are well made but others don't get the same treatment. And shipping is a bit of a mess, as some items can arrive damaged, at least with the Tibetan cone incenses I ordered the plastic containers it came with arrived very cracked. One item I bought, a metal bracelet, had a very iffy clasp on it that bent out of shape and made it fall off each time I tried to put it on, forcing me to have to bend the metal clasp back into a shape to get it to lock again, but that's just one example out of thousands of other products, so quality assurance would be difficult to manage for every one of them. They seem to have a discount or sale at all times, which can be a little predatory since the 'discounted' price is most likely just the intended price. All in all though, they have some decent items here and there and if you're looking to splurge on a bit of pricey jewelry, this store's got it. You may get some bad ones BUT customer service is actually excellent and very helpful if a bit formulaic with their responses. Also, they'll have you write a review as per instructions to get a replacement for an order, so here I am. Nevertheless, I'm relatively happy with my purchases and the store is decent with a huge catalogue if a bit questionable.

I ordered 3 copper bracelets for family members. The packaging and bracelets are excellent. The company is very responsive. We followed the measuring guidelines for what size to get. However, what we observed is that while the wrist size may be okay fitting, the women's hand is not as wide as the men's so despite sizing for the rest where the bracelet would fall was too far down the hand which required us to go a size smaller than the recommendation. The company was responsive and helped me get better sized bracelets as these were presents.

First of all. Customer services is great. Thumb up to Tashi when i was having an issue with a bracelet with numbers of chipped beads and I received a replacement... which also have the same problem. Which lead to my second comment. Their products are either hit or miss. I brought over $400 dollars of gemstone products from Buddhastones store. One quarter of them either have crack, damaged beads and the others are fake. The reason I paid a bit more than average price is to get the real gemstone for healing and protection, but I didn't get the confidence from this seller. One thing be mindful is their special promotion of buy # and give # free. I found the free items are mostly fake. Happy shopping. Update: December 22 (clarify no fake products on Buddha Stones) Tashi, the customer representative replied as quote "Nature obsidian can show blue/indigo light transmission when illuminated (this is a normal trait of some natural obsidian varieties, not a sign of artificial glass). The "green-to-brown" transmission you mentioned applies to certain types of obsidian (e.g., mahogany obsidian), but blue transmission is common in high-purity natural black obsidian". I ordered some harem pants for my wife, ordered to the UK. Unfortunately they were too large but the customer care has been exceptional with prompt and kind responses. As they were the smallest size in the style we have been able to exchange them with items of a different style. It is difficult to get sizings correct online and the process from Buddha stones to try and get things right has been straightforward.

I bought an item but then wanted to exchange it. Exchange or refund is not easy. In the end could not exchange for the item I wanted as it was sold out but I was offered to replace with another item of the same value or a 50% refund if I was willing to keep the item I did not want.

Product was ok, unfortunately it took so long for me to receive my bracelet I had given up hope of it ever arriving, it was over 3 weeks before I got it. I ordered it on the 15th November and it was well into December before it arrived. Delivery service is unacceptable for me. ***UPDATE*** In light of the poor service received by me Buddha stones offered to give me a refund of the cost of the bracelet but not the P&P. Buddhastones have now refunded the cost of the bracelet, hence the improvement to 3 stars.

I ordered two different size pants as it was my first order and I wasn't sure which would fit. The smaller of the two fit and are super comfortable. I love the fabric. Exchanging the incorrect size is a bit tricky, but not impossible. The company has been in direct contact I just wish it was a bit smoother. Love the pants.
