It has been taking some time now to try and get this resolved communicating through email and timezone difference makes it challenging. I want to return the product to exchange for bigger size. I ordered 3 pair of the wide leg pants in black, blue and ivory. They fit perfectly and would say they are true to size. Very stylish! Unfortunately I do not like the ivory color - too bright for me. I requested to make an exchange and they offered a discount on the item I preferred and to keep the ivory pants. I have not yet figured out how to order the new item with the reduced price and am in communication with them.

I was very disappointed in the quality of the item I received. When I emailed the company and ask how to receive a refund they asked for photos. I sent photos and asked if they would give a refund if I offered to write a positive review about their customer service. This is that review. In the email reply Tashi also said “ We also want to be transparent: we were misled by our supplier about the pendant’s material and quality, which falls short of both their claims and our standards. We’re already taking steps to re-evaluate and adjust our supplier partnerships to prevent this from happening again. Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention.” Take that for what it’s worth.

The reason I didn’t rate them 5 stars is because I usually wear a large in clothing. But it turns out that it was too small for me.
