Buyer beware - potentially great value and quality clothes but it's a gamble
Buddhastone don't want you to read this - they sent me an email offering me a refund if I removed it. That's not how refunds work or how reviews work. It makes you wonder how fair a reflection the collection of reviews are here though. Anyway my original review:
The clothes are mostly excellent quality and true to image. However you are taking a gamble with poor customer service. If you get the wrong size, faulty item or a delayed shipment you have little recall. I have had some good quality clothes, but also some significant issues with this shop, so my review is mixed. This is over 3 separate orders, not a single experience.
Their customer service is appalling. If you don't need customer services and everything is OK it's fine but you take the risk it will be.
I ordered trousers that were sent the wrong size - nothing wrong there, it's hardly a unique issue - but when I raised it with customer services I got the run around. I'd have been happy to return and get a simple replacement but had to raise a complaint via PayPal because they had a bad attitude.
The other issue I had was timing. They separate production and shipping on their website so it looks like the 7-10 days shipping is what to expect, but this is after a production time. I think this is deliberately misleading as I gave this as feedback but it has not been changed.
In short, if your prepared to wait you can get some excellent quality clothes at a good price BUT it's a bit of a gamble because if it's not right the customer services are poor. I would recommend buying through PayPal to have recourse incase needed
Addition: Buddhastone responded to this review saying they're not able to identify my order! How many people do you have pursuing a refund through PayPal that mine doesn't standout I wonder? Perhaps this is a ruse to say this isn't a genuine review? I've sent several emails to their customer services on 2 of my orders and warned them I'd leave this review so hard to understand this is a suprise and not tracable. Anyway, as I said this review is based on 3 different orders, so an overall experience not a one off. But just so Buddhastone can identify this review as genuine my most recent order was Order BS420505.
Addition again: now they have identified me from this last addition they've offered me a refund if I take this review down

Buddha stones is not based in the UK. I think china. So you wait a very long time to get your yoga pants. They look very nice, great colours. But sizing isn’t right. Run far too big. Took ages to get any real reply from customer service. I could not return what i bought after weeks and weeks of trying. Eventually, I was talked jhtobosyung £20 extra to get replacement in smaller size but keep the large size that I cannot wear. So many many more weeks go by until I get the replacement (after paying over £20 for postage).
These are NOT yoga pants! There is just a small band of elastic sewn into the waist band - think old lady slip type elastic band! Plus the fabric is super shiny and slippery. I tried to wear to yoga class but they would not stay up. They slide off your skin and skids off your knickers! Completely crap product. So I’m out close to £100 with 6 pairs of useless shiny leggings that I cannot wear at all.
Do not buy. You cannot return and you don’t get your money back. Save your money and buy from reputable company.

Wanted a green jade and got a white jade bracelet instead zero hint of green. Measured precisely as in their picture. It was too small when it arrived. Please Go size up as the picture with measurements is misleading, expect to get different colour. Everything else earrings, rings in green jade. Arrived the right colour very good quality. Good clothing, bad size charts, medium customer service
The good: I am very excited to wear the pants I ordered when I have all of them, because the one pair I can wear is perfect for summertime and beautiful.
The bad: Sizing is inconsistent. Using the provided size chart to buy two different pants models, I needed a smaller size than indicated on one and a larger on another. Customer service has been very responsive with this issue, but I am being charged $25 to fix the issue, which I don’t really feel was my fault.

I ordered 2 different style shirts both in size large. One of them is great the other came too small to get on. I had to write a review before they will send the size I can wear. The shirts are nice quality and reasonably priced. I’ll update my review if I ever get a replacement shirt that I can wear for the one that is too small.

The fabric is gorgeous and I love the colors. I was not expecting this type of fit, however, and found it uncomfortable to wear. The waist elastic is a single band, not a wide band. The inseem is much lower than I am comfortable with.

I ordered 3 pairs of pants and 3 shirts. The order was split in two separate packages. The first package contained 1 shirt and 2 pants. The shirt was ordered XL, but there was no way it would fit. They changed the remaining shirts to the 2xl size and they fit.

It took about a month to get my order.
The quality is mediocre, comparable to Shein.
I bought thess pants to wear for the end of pregnancy and for post partum. I normally wear a L/XL. I bought these pants in a 2XL and only 2 of the 4 pants fit me.
The cotton linen harem pants and the cotton linen wide leg pants were the ones that did not fit. They have zero stretch and quite a tight waist.

I ordered 3 earrings in February 2025 when they had buy 2 get 1 free offer, I received confirmation of my order on the spot but did not hear anything couple weeks after.. no notification if the order has been shipped, no communications!
I contacted the seller, received reply 2 days after apologising that they were in busy season and waiting for some materials on items. Then offered me a free bracelet.
Lovely designs! And I loved the look on the earrings. However they have poor mechanism & not secure enough to wear, i.e. the clasps were loose & open easily.
Update 11 May 2025. You asked for photos but no method to send photos.
The clasps on square and 3/4 moon shape jade earrings are easily opened. Square earring = Buddha Stones 925 Sterling Silver Hetian Jade Geometric Square Luck Earrings & 3/4 moon shaped = Buddha Stones Round Jade Cyan Jade Prosperity Luck Drop Earrings.
Easily dropped with a little nudge like inserting wireless earphone. I’m always conscious of this and tightened up when I can - which doesn’t give any security feeling at all. Constantly worry earring going to fall off again.

Why has your parcel been shipped but the shipping information has not been updated yet?
When the product is hand-made in Tibet or Nepal and delivered to the carrier, the tracking order number will be uploaded to the order page afterward.
Due to international transportation, it takes 3-5 days for the package to arrive at the airport of the international shipping center. During this period, there is no transport information for inland transport from Tibet or Nepal to the international shipping center. The shipping information will not be updated until the package arrives at the international shipping center and is scanned.
So please don't worry and just wait 3-5 days for it to update the information.

Further to my previous review, this has now been resolved.
The return procedure certainly wasn’t “hassle-free”. After offers of 15% refund with 20% discount off my next purchase, and 50% refund, they have since refunded 100%.
I am glad this is now sorted, but would suggest it is made more clear at the point of purchase that returns from the UK cost you around £25+ postage.
