I bought sterling silver Jade earrings and within a week one of the earrings broke. The Jade bead fell off and onto my floor. The Jade bead was smaller than I expected, and when it fell off there residue around the whole that the post was glued into the bead, which made me question whether it was really Jade. The residue was not glue . The bracelet that I bought did not like as good of quality as I thought it would from the photo online, and I also saw it for half the price at another online store. So they must not make their own jewelry. The return policy is not good, this company is in Tibet so all the shipping and returns are not worth but you pay for the product..

Meh. First round of orders I’d say I was 50% satisfied with my order. Some beads are nice, some or cheap as fucc. Last time I ordered an earring, waited 21 days, never showed up, contacted them and they said computer malfunctioned and they had already automatically canceled the transaction but somehow didn’t feel like letting me know.. oh well. Live and learn.

If you pull it hard while wearing it，the certain node of the bracelet will loose during each wearing process, so it will slowly spread out. The shipping speed is extremely slow. I ordered on Jan 10, it took them 10 days to send it and it took another 15 days for delivery... I'm very frustrated and definitely don't recommend this shop.

I received a necklace as a Gift. A white Jade. It's bit big, but that's OK. I then ordered a 2nd black piece for myself. All I had to pay was $18 shipping. The 2nd necklace has very little stretch to it. I wear them as bracelets. This one is too tight. I will gift it to some one else. Product doesn't seem consistent, probably won't order any more.

I ordered a mala about a month ago, as it was advertised on Facebook that some of their products were free, and you’d just pay for the $18 shipping, which allegedly would also support Tibet.
Considering the absurdly over the top prices of the products on the site, paying $18 for the shipping did feel exciting. I certainly didn’t expect anything from it, I was mentally prepared in case I didn’t receive a thing, but reading the reviews on the site, it kinda felt like it was somewhat trustworthy.
The mala arrived today and while it does look pretty, it’s obviously cheap plastic, and honestly, cheaply made…plus, not white jade as advertised on the site.
Honesty is the key factor: if they were honest about the materials, as they were about the shipping status, this would’ve been a pleasant experience, as I would’ve at least known what to expect from the product.
I’m thankful it arrived, the packaging is nice, but the quality isn’t as good. So I wouldn’t recommend buying from this site to anyone, until they reconsider and fix this honesty/transparency issue, which might ultimately end with the business.
