The purse I ordered was fine but was bulkier than I had expected. Because the site had stated '30 day money back guarantee on returns, hassle free' I expected just that. The website doesn't say that goods have to be returned to Hong Kong, which means it's expensive to send them back. I was offered 15% refund and told to keep the goods. I wrote a 3* review mentioning this hassle, and then they offered me a full refund if I rewrote the review and made it a 5*. I consider this unethical as the whole point of TrustPilot is to help other customers, so I have now downgraded the review to a 2*.

When the bracelet came it was ok but it took nearly 4 weeks to be delivered and was too late for the present it was a birthday for.
Also there was a card in the box encouraging me to ‘win’ a voucher for $5.88 if I leave a 5* review on trustpilot. Bit dodgy in my opinion and makes me question the 5* reviews on here.

I’m sadly not impressed with the quality. I ordered 3 pairs of trousers which have arrived today. They don’t look much like the pictures and they’re a cheap shiny material reminding me a lot of pyjama bottoms rather than the elegant boho trousers I thought they would be. Although I’m disappointed in the look and feel of the trousers I will say I found them true to size and comfortable and the delivery didn’t take long.

Responsive and honourable customer service, resolved irregular fit and look of trousers to web pic.
I did think that this UKbuddhastoneshop.com was a UK company but it is Chinese origin, made and shipped from here. Although the item differs in fit and fabric from the photo, the customer service experience was extraordinarily good. I was responded to and they attempted to provide 3 solutions to rectify the issue. Despite a complicated returns process, pending a refund, they honoured the returns as per the website.

The transaction was fine, and I did receive my order in a decent time frame. However, just know that the harem pants do not look exactly like they do in the ads. I take responsibility for that as the description says polyester/spandex….but in the picture they looked like cotton and they looked so pretty that I risked it. The pants are not bad, just not what I expected; cheap looking, again, not the company’s fault, buyer beware. Order about 2-3 sizes larger than you normally would take. Go by the measurement chart.
The company is good to deal with, quick to respond to questions and concerns.

Trousers look nothing like pictures. Poor quality material and completely different shape. It's impossible to get a return address. I'm about a week in time and 6 emails in ,and they still won't send the returns address. Eventually after weeks of emails I have been refunded and asked to remove my review.

The ring I bought is supposed to be red corundum. It is either red plastic or red glass. I am a Gemogy student with the GIA, and this is in no way corundum. You can even see bubbles in the glass. Don't buy from these people and get scammed.

I ordered the aquamarine bracelet with the jade leaf. Unfortunately, when it arrived and I removed it from it’s little bag, the jade leaf was broken on the bottom, so I contacted the company and they said they would send another one out which they did in a pretty much timely manner. I received the replacement, but I have a feeling the same thing is going to happen with this little Jade leaf because there’s a hairline crack in it already, it’s a gift for my niece and I sent it to her anyway, so I will have to apologise to her if it gets broken too quickly. Which also made the gift too late for her birthday. Even though they dealt with this problem with integrity, I will probably not order from this company again.
