Fantastic looking leggings. Unfortunately sizes are a bit off. I would go smaller than what I am normally next time I order. However customer services very helpful and sending new sizes out. Didn’t realise I was ordering from abroad so delivery was slow!

Sizing chart is significantly smaller than it should be.
The product came much smaller than the sizing chart. The jade was also not as vibrant and "real" as the photos showed, it felt more like plastic than jade. I really liked the design though and I'm hoping to get a replacement in a bigger size. I was asked to write this review so that they would provide me with a replacement. Also had to pay an additional $20.

Shirts are sized very small. Order a few sizes larger than you need to. Exchange process is smooth but you will incur additional shipping and “processing” charges for exchanges.

Don’t trust the rating. They bribe people into giving positive reviews, by insisting you give a review before they send any exchange. I refused the exchange due to the poor quality of the item and the overcharge. Once they saw my negative review, they offered to wave the 24CAD exchange fee, strongly suggesting I update my review afterwards. I declined as I find their practices dishonest.
I had ordered one brass bracelet and one shirt and pants meditation set. The bracelet was ok. The supposedly cotton linen clothes were made of cheap scratchy fabric. They were poorly designed and assembled. After the fact, I found a similar set on Aliexpress for half the price. Buddha Stones is trying to scam you by pretending they sell high-quality pieces. They don’t!
Their sizing is weird. I followed their indications precisely and ordered several sizes bigger than my husband normally wears (2XL when he is normally an M/L). It was still two sizes too small.
The customer service was overall polite. They did not ask for a return of the ill-fitting set… Another proof that it’s not worth much! They offered to send another size if I paid an additional 24CAD towards shipping and customs. l decided against it in the end. My husband didn’t think he would wear the set due to its low quality.
Beware! Contrary to what their website address and CAD prices suggest, they do not seem based in Canada at all. The items were shipped directly from China and took a long time to arrive.

First thing that went wrong was the delay to process the order. I ordered on the 29 December and by the 9 th January it was still processed, suppositly to enhance the good vibes (?). It took a lot of emails to get the parcels to be sent and they arrived on the 16 January. The quality is ok. But the trousers were size 20 ... I am size 10. I was told that size 20 was what I ordered (?). An error somewhere... I was offered a replacement with size 10 (M), but I have to pay $20 extra for the benefit, and told to follow instructions from the feedback card. The QR code is no longer validated ... so I was sent a link ... but no instructions, and the original email has been lost as the attachment to prove my point was too big and somehow the whole email disapeared. I sent another email to get instructions again ... but the only message I get is that they want me to write a feedback ???! So a mad situation. Now one positive thing is that, as I ordered 3 items, I got one free. I put it in the B3 code but somehow it did not get through (they sent two parcels: one with one, one with 2 items). But eventually they sent me a refund for the cheapest. Now I am happy for a replacement. But I would need clear instructions to follow the procedure. So there is good will on their part, but not very efficient to say the least, and a stressful process.

The corduroy trousers I ordered were too large and very baggy, they would send a smaller size for a fee and don’t want the other one returned as they don’t refund your money
I must say they were really well made and would have been nice if they fitted well.

I ordered 3 pants as I am looking to invest in more natural fiber fabrics. I was specifically looking for modal or linen. I ordered the her pants, but was not pleased with the waistband. The third pair I ordered I love although they are a little bit thin and I worry my underwear is visible sometimes. When I contacted customer service to return the two Harem pants I received very quick responses when emailing. I would recommend this company again.

Ordered several bracelets and a couple rings. All were beautiful. One of the rings came damaged and they were more than happy to replace it. The sizing guidelines for bracelets was a little confusing so one of the bracelets was way too big for my wrist, and again, they were very prompt about exchanging it for me. No questions asked. The only warning I have is that shipping takes a very long time, so if you need it by a certain day, plan way ahead and order about 3 or 4 weeks out.

I ordered two pairs of shorts and a dress under the 'buy two get one free' offer. I realised later this helps sell more and discourage returns.
The fabric and workmanship is poor. Market quality, cheap thin fabrics and threads left unfinished and hanging.
It took nearly four weeks to arrive. Tracking showed little movement, coming from China then going to and fro between my nearest depot and Hatfield. When the items did arrive they were packaged in a taped up black bin bag without any documentation, like some personal eBay package.
The dress must have been one size only - it's not a size 10 (though the photos cleverly scrunch in the waist) - it's like a tent on me. Says XL size but so do one pair of shorts but they fit!
One pair of shorts developed a hole in the seam at the back before I'd even worn them.
I did wash and iron everything as I concluded it would never be worth trying to return anything (read other reviewers, plus one item was free anyway and I don't want to pay postage to China).
I will sew up the hole, try to take the dress in at the sides and resolve to buy from reputable brands in the future.
I gave this two stars originally (now updated to 4) because I hope to get some wear out of them.
UPDATE: Buddhastones replied as below and emailed me too. They offered to let me keep the items and receive a full refund if I updated or removed this review. I accepted the offer as I wanted my money back as I had not received value from it. I have received that money now and update - adding my opinion that I appreciate their support and see that they are trying to be an honest and reputable company. I hope they can improve the quality of their clothing in the future.

I have already made two purchases from Buddha Stones. The products are exactly as described and look great. Around Christmas time, they even included a small gift, which was really cute and a lovely surprise.
Unfortunately, one bracelet from my second order didn’t fit, but customer service responded very quickly and followed up diligently (special thanks to Tashi!). They offered to send me a replacement—I only need to cover the shipping costs, and they will take care of the rest.
For now, I’m giving 4 stars, as I haven’t received the replacement yet. Might update it later.
