Just seems like there should be a way to chat on the phone- emails take so long to receive.

Product did not work and not transparent with the autoship requirements

I did not realize that I had to purchase 3 months of the subscription when I do not even love the products. This is over $1200 that has been wasted! So far not working at all.I have been consistently using for the past month both the hair treatment and the dark spot remover.

I never received my order!

Had a very disappointing experience…

UPDATE: After posting this, the company did send me a replacement. Had a very disappointing experience with Calecim. I ordered at the end of February, opened my jar of the Multi Action Cream. I used it a couple times, then put in my cabinet. I had a few older creams to use up, and this one said it had a 12 month shelf life. When I opened this a couple weeks ago it was a solid lump of yellow ish gel, instead of the cream it started out as. I wrote the company asking if this was normal. It took two weeks and another message to get a response. They started by saying I must not have closed the lid properly (I did). After I insisted, they said they would escalate it. That was 2 weeks ago and I have not heard back. Clearly the shelf life is not 12 months, so use it quick if you buy. Most disappointing is the lackluster customer service. These are not cheap products, so I expect a higher level of responsiveness. Disappointed on several levels.

Highly EffectiveThe stem cell serum and multi-action…

The stem cell serum and multi-action cream are very soothing, especially after having laser treatments, they seem to accelerate the healing process. The only reason I give them 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the high cost.

Product is excellent for skin tone, love the serum

Product is excellent for skin tone. Doesn't improve fine wrinkles as much as I thought. However, I've only been using it a few weeks. Absorbs quickly. Very expensive. I used the calecim professional serum which is super expensive, but it's really worth every penny. After fraxel I usually swell up and bruise. Neither occurs with the serum. No bruises or swelling. Love this product.

Non-delivery and no response from Customer Service

I ordered this product 10 days ago and it was due to be delivered on Monday but never arrived. Fed Ex informed me that the shipment was cancelled by the sender and that it's on its way back to Singapore! No explanations and impossible to get through to Fed Ex. No response to my emails to customer service requesting a refund either. Really disappointed and I sincerely hope I get a reply and a refund very soon.

I was using the serum and it worked…

I was using the serum and it worked great for a week, I went to use it the other morning and it had turned yellow over night, the bottle is mostly full. This is too expensive for a short use. Very disappointed.

I just can't buy this again because it degrades too quickly since it's not in a pump bottle. The product has turned thick dry and yellow by only opening it in the morning for a few minutes unlike the Hydration which is protected from degrading. Having type 1 skin there is a need for exceptionally good quality products .

I ordered full sizes of thee…

I ordered full sizes of thee Multi-Action Cream & the Recovery Night Complex & then also got the sample kits of the MAC & the Restorative Hydration Cream during your Mother's Day promotion. So far, I am liking all of them and have noticed firming in my jawline, neck and brow areas. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5.......the parabens in the MAC, & the fragrance in the RHC. These 2 ingredients can be toxic, (i am also sensitive to fragrance) and are not necessary, so please consider removing them from your product line altogether. If you do so, my rating will change to 5. I'm looking forward to more product offerings from your innovative company ad well 😀

My serum turned from pink to yellow…

My serum turned from pink to yellow within a few days. I did not think a skin care product would use dyes for sensitive skin. I have only used 2 droppers full and it is yellow like spun plasma. Afraid to use and disappointed at the dye job. Why artificially color your products? No one wants that.

The products absolutely make a positive difference. I can only use it sparingly because it is so expensive - and that is the downside. It most certainly plumps the skin and I do believe it makes a noticeable improvement to skin texture. Will I continue to use it? Yes!

I found the products made my skin soft

I found the products made my skin soft. I havent used it long enough to really see the benefits. I decided to try sime on my legs and i did find it made my skin look better.

I bought it again, but that is in part bc there is not much in there so it goes quickly if used 2x's per day and shipping is a pain (they make you sign for it, so a trip to the post office every single time, apparently. No idea why; seems unnecessary). Anyway, I'm scaling back to once a day to make it last longer. Unsure about results yet.

I bought the trial set 3 months ago in September 2021 .After using it for 30 days, I noticed that my skin is more supple and hydrated, especially the pigment cream, the dark spot under eye has really gone much lighter .. I now consistently use the products in the morning and in the evening. I am sure will regular use, my skin will definitely improve .. Thank you

I'm not a fan of Calecim Profesional…

I'm not a fan of Calecim Profesional after just one application of their Multi-Action face cream that I received yesterday that left my face stinging, feeling sore and uncomfortable. My skin going into stress. Something I never get from using my other high-end professional skincare products. I will not be recommending it. Their admin is lazy on their website that still shows my order as still being unfulfilled. There was no tracking provided despite paying through the Shop app on the Calecim website and a tracking service being offered, and poor contact service and response to a question regarding my order that was different to the information provided as the delivery time that stated 3 working days to be told in an email it would be one week. I posted a question on the Calecim Facebook page regarding the ingredients and if I could use the product with my other skincare products and have been completely ignored. As a professional therapist, I find this unacceptable. The other issue I have is that there is no contact number for the company here in the UK and some carefully chosen people and crafted youtube videos where those promoting the Calecim products appear to be reading from a script.

The option to purchase the bigger bottle is a hassle.

The option to purchase the bigger bottles of stuff is fastidious thru the Whatsapp. The reply often takes too long because the autobots replies are not immediate, thus making me lose interest in making my orders. Also my first product was actually purchased thru my doctor, and only to find out if I were to purchase from your Whatsapp, you could not deliver to my doc who sold me your products. I had to ask my doc to register so I can get my products through him. But After the calculation of per $1 to the volume purchase. It was not worth my money purchasing your products thru whatsapp unfortunately. So yup I bought direct from your website instead. So perhaps you guys would like to mitigate the sales process, cos it can be driving your customers away. it is quicker to just buy and pay online.
