Ordered and paid for 5-8 days fast shipping for the item so it arrived in time for an event. There was no mention of the item coming from China and certainly no mention of it only being made once the order was in. We missed the event due to not having the costume in time. Arrived outside of the 5-8 day delivery time. All company said is "As our valued customer, you have the right to return your garments, but only if you bear the high international shipping costs. In our experience, this price is not cheap, so it is not recommended." They also said their warehosue was out of stock so they had to wait for new stock. That was not noted anywhere on there advert. So, please becareful and if you are on a time limit do not buy from this vendor. Quality is also questionable but thats a different story.
Not been received supposedly delivered 1 month after it was ordered but hasn't actually been left safe anywhere, I was away when the was "delivered" and as I wasn't in and live alone I have no clue where it is
My husband is very happy with the outfit. My only negatives are the red ribbon around the sleeves look cheap and also the badge that came with it, but the uniform in general for the price is great. Quick delivery as well. Thank you

Contact from trustpilot to provide more information for company so they can respond to feedback. Would have been more appropriate to respond appropriately to emails i sent. Finally had response from credit company and full refund provided, very protracted processes when the facts were known from the start. The companies last offer was 20% or return goods in very short timescale, which would have meant using air transport at my expense and for one iten that had been cancelled before being sent out. I stand by original statements. Poor quality, poor service, poor communication and complete disregard for customers. Dont use this company. Their returns policy is still hidden on the web and cant be accessed from their own website, nor open not transparent

I have been using cosHD’s Cobb Vanth costume since October 2021 - while I have replaced the pleather pieces with 3D print and metal work the soft goods are still being used by me today. Flak vest, shirt, scarf and trousers - all of very good quality, especially considering the price point of around £100. If you were to independently source these items most of them would be £100 each! The belt and gloves that came with the cosplay are also fantastic quality- I now use these for other cosplays. I’ll be purchasing the costume again soon to ensure that when it does go out of production prepared with spares for my cosplay! Cannot recommend highly enough using these costumes as a cost effective base to build upon, especially if you’re new to cosplay!
I saw an outfit advertised that I thought I would like. It was the Maura outfit from 1899. My concern was that the culottes were not long enough. I asked for measurements and was provided with them. My only option, was to have the outfit custom made with longer culottes length and so I ordered it. The result was perfect and my custom instructions were followed exactly and so I am very pleased.
I own multiple products from Coshd: Shinobu wizard Halloween costume and wig Black Lobelia costume and wig Lucy costume All of them arrived in a timely manner, had good quality, and I've worn them all multiple times. The wigs are great and do not tangle easily, and are easy to style after teasing/backcombing and steaming. The Black Lobelia hat is one of the best quality hats for cosplay that I own; I particularly like it! I've worn Shinobu a few times and plan to shoot it, Black Lobelia I've worn once and lent it to my friend, and Lucy I've worn about 4-6 times for various conventions and photoshoots. Nothing has broken and it's very comfortable. All of the Coshd products that I own so far allow me to move comfortably and I look forward to having more! They have so many options on their website that are relevant to the airing anime of the season.
