so ive used this site a few times now. ive found the quality very good, my advice is go for custom order size that way youll be guranteed your sizing. however please note there will be a day or two between messages given the timezone difference and the fact it is coming from China so youll be it least 2 weeks and roughly a week or more for processing time. dont order her if youre needing it *next day* i generally love this site and i get all my cosplays from here its under my instagram konoha_beauty_cosplay where coshd has shared some of my purchases on there. again thank you Summer, i hope one day to be an affilate because i do feel you deserve some extra love on your site!

Ordered a costume for daughter according to their size guide (provided on website) - the costume is too small, contacted them to ask for an exchange for a bigger size and was fobbed off, I was told I would "have to pay expensive international postage fee which could take up to 30 days" OR "would I be willing to re-sell on Gumtree or Ebay for a 10% refund". Absolutely appalling customer service, I explained they were breaching Consumer Rights Act and even provided the literature to show by law they must provide a refund or exchange NOT at the customers expense. They did not even bother to address this and kept copy and pasting the same response to all my emails. How they are still trading is beyond me, see others reviews complaining of the same abhorrent customer service treatment. I have raised a claim with my bank to get my money back! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. Edited to add: Coshd have seen this review and increased their offer to a 20% refund if I remove it! Ha, how about just refund me 100% of my money as you should BY LAW.
I got a Padme costume and oh my gosh it’s amazing!!!! 1000/10 the quality was incredible and it looks exactly like the movie! There also super friendly and came so much quicker then I thought it would!
My grogu costume is stunning!! Would highly recommend! The pricing is really fair too!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. Odered a Wednesday costume was told item would be dispatched within 24 hours when i contacted them for an update the lady called Summer told me that the size i ordered wasn't in stock and would i change it, I declined and said no thank you i would just like to cancel and have a refund. To which they have not processed so i emailed and dtated i will open a charge back if need to as you are scamming people. I woke up to a message today stating they have now shipped the item I CANCELLED THIS ITEM, I DO NOT WANT YOUR CRAP. Oh and to clarify to people you are not uk based but china based.
Now sending boots even though cancelled days previously. Completely unscrupulous. But having some fun summer who sends me the emails calls me dear, so lovely and cant wait for the next one, shame not so talkative before it went wrong, but completely appalling service
We ordered Wednesday and Gomez Addams costumes for myself and granddaughter, at first I was a little concerned with the time they took to arrive,but when they did the quality was outstanding as the are made to order. If you are into cosplay or want a superior one to those off the shelf and are prepared to wait a few weeks I highly recommend them. Visit their website as they do an amazing selection.

Email following weekend. Boots havent been made yet.... but can be sent shortly. I can apparently have 10% off the price of the boots if i go ahead with the order. Laughable as i had paid for quick delivery for the whole order. Have advised i am cancelling the whole order and requested a pre paid label.
So got an contact email, only after mentioning finance company and asking for prepaid postage label, others before that ignored. Email includes tracker link for yodel, not previously sent, but only for one parcel. Stopped payment from finance and given company 48 hours to sort out boots and give me tracker number or consider no sale and send prepaid label
Order dr strange outfit paid for quick delivery. Outfit has arrived but not boots, so far. No communication for what was happening as the order confirmation says you will. They offer a link to the shop app to track which i stupidly downloaded. App wants access to emails....? Cant imagine why. I have sent email but no response yet. The quality is not great, fastenings are not wonderful and will need work to stop them falling off. The material is thin. If i had paid half the amount i would think it ok. The cooments on here relating to returns are similar to other chinese companies and its not so bad i wsnt to go through the hassle. i have bought with interest free finance to ensure i have some protection and havent paid in full yetand can stop payments if needed. Did place a review on their site but strangely it does not appear after submitting and you cant down tick comments. In summary. Not really worth the money, but will do for the party im going to and comms is not good
Ordered the Mandalorian costume, flight suit is fantastic quality, really great stitching and fits well. The pleather boot covers will work well for what I needed, I'll be using my own armor, really happy for the price and will order again for sure

I have been using this company since the start of my Cosplay journey, i have never had an issue with them and the customer service is brilliant. The shipping is very quick if it’s in ready to ship! The costumes are beautifully made and I will continue to use them going forward
