Customer Service
I was excited that the costumes are made to order. I ordered a Halloween costume a bit more than a month before Halloween. I live in the USA. After ordering, they told me that they couldn't make and deliver the costume to the USA in time for Halloween and would give me a refund and 10 percent off my next purchase. Though I was disappointed, I was impressed by their honesty to me of what they can deliver. I rated 4 stars only because I don't have a product to rate. I'd say 5 stars for customer service. Can't state enough how much I appreciated their honesty!!

Good customer service
Hadn’t realised when ordering that it was coming from china. When I realised luckily within 24 hours I asked them to change the size from medium to large. They did this immediately and a week later my costume arrived. It was great quality a bit long but I am short. Very pleased with the service and the costume. Would order again.

Terrible quality and they make returns/refunds impossible!
SCAMMERS!! They will make it extremely difficult to return anything or get a refund. Quality of items is terrible. One outfit i ordered half of it was missing and what arrived was severely damaged. They say on their website they offer returns for 2 weeks after, what they dont say is nobody will respond to emails for a week, they wont provide any return details, they will insist on you sending pictures of what you dont like and then try and negotiate options with you, and keep ignoring refund/return requests. Quality is terrible for cosplays, ive been better off using amazon, or the other cosplay sites. AVOID! UPDATE- they are refusing to refund me a completely destroyed hat they sent me, until i remove this review, and another outfit i ordered, was notified as delivered at the same time as the damaged product, and still hasnt arrived

Ordered online from what I thought was a uk based company . Goods arrived , sizing was awful and quality very poor . Asked to return for a refund to be told sell it on eBay or pay for return to China . Refunds policy is non exsisitent . Asked to take photos of clothes . Don’t buy from this company if you want any sort of returns policy

Amazing cosplay! One of my favourite cosplays I own! The quality is great, the price is great, what you get given is great! It’s so comfortable to wear and it really looks good as well. I got Ashley graham from RE4 and it really looks like her outfit! So pleased and happy.
Title not accurate for included contents
Decent quality for the price I would say, the sizes are pretty accurate for UK traditional sizes. Biggest issue is that the title says it comes with everything but the description says only coat,shirt, pants and gloves. I got all that and wig but no weapon so neither the title or description was right. The gloves you might as well throw away and get better ones too.

I was worried because although it is a .co.uk website it comes from China but delivery was pretty good and what was delivered was really good. No complaints from me.
Not worth returning so be careful
I want to return and exchange a order. I have emailed twice within the 2 day time frame they say to and i have had a reply on 4th day. I have a very upset autistic son now because he's not going to get his outfit in time or even at all now. They either want me to return it which will cost approx £11 because they're based in China (which is misleading because it's co.uk web address) or they will give me 10% of purchase back. To me this is not acceptable.

You purchased your costume on 6.15, we shipped it on 6.21 and it arrived on 6.28, your costume is well within normal processing time. Secondly, we have never denied that we are in China, our shop policy "About us" introduces our company to buyers as well as our blog "One-Stop Solution For After-Sales Issues". Question 2 of our blog "One-Stop Solution For After-Sales Issues" clearly states that we ship from China. In addition, our return policy clearly states that we ship from China. Our return policy clearly states that all of our shop policies are displayed in the footer for buyers to review.
