Most reviewers were unhappy with their experience overall. Customers experienced extremely poor customer support, noting long delays, unhelpful responses, and severe difficulties when trying to resolve warranty claims. Many people frequently reported defective hardware, broken components, missing items, and software that failed to function properly right out of the box. Some people were satisfied with the fast shipping and found the machines powerful, reliable, and easy to set up for daily use. Reviewers also mentioned that when everything functions correctly, the printers deliver exceptionally clean prints and exceed expectations. Buyers appreciated these helpful features and expressed satisfaction with the performance during successful print runs.

Creality is a beast, K2 Plus is a monster!

i started with two ender 3 s1 pros, then added a cr10, then a cr30 print mill, and after owning the k2 plus combo for over a year now, she is part of the family lmbo. joking very strong machine. i put them all through hell. minor hick ups as can be aspected, but i have nothing but good to say... nice job Creality team cant wait to see whats next!!!

Build quality is great, keep improving!

Being honest here, youre printers are absolutely fire and they have alot of cool features baked in that tune the experience up. I, myself, is new to 3D printing and the K2C printer is easy to use and set up! Three things I would like that could change are: 1: Add more cool features and keep doing what youre doing! 2: I would like if you guys could improve upon the camera quality and the app ui, the app ui is kind of like jumbled all together and when I look at it after a long time not looking at it I get very confused on what to do. 3: Please add a feature where you can turn on the inner LED light when its not on, im scared of burning myself becuase when its on the hotbed is at like 30 degrees not allowing me to clean it with the light on so I could see. Again, im a new user, so this is a completely honest and blind opinion!

Printer stopped working after 2 prints.

Update 12/31/2025 - Customer service has been awful thus far. The original issue listed below has not been addressed after three weeks, printer still does not work, and I now have spent hours trying to get an effective response from tech and/or after sales support. I have requested a refund in accordance with their advertising and have been told I need to complete tech support troubleshooting/warranty process first. That makes sense, but the tech support has been 100% inept; slow response times (2-3 day turnaround), asking for steps that have already been completed and are listed in the Wiki pages, unclear on format and requested log information, indicating they are waiting for uploaded data from me that I have already uploaded and e-mailed, and then cancelling the trouble ticket multiple times without notification and finally sending an e-mail days later indicating the trouble ticket was closed due to too much log data. The Creality machines get good reviews and mine appears very well built, and I think it probably has a minor anomoly and a relatively easy fix, but I cannot get it resolved thus far and the experience to date makes me dread any future issues that may crop up. I would say this customer service experience could not be much worse, and I would recommend anyone considering a 3d printer find an alternate manufacturer, or purchase from a retail store with a solid return policy so you can deal with a competent customer service process if needed. Original Review: Printer stopped working after 2 prints. Tech support has not acknowledged or responded to support request after two days, and after sales support is responsive during their working hours but has not been productive in solving the issue or moving it through the support process. I understand that mechanical things are imperfect and that no matter the QC process, errors slip through the cracks. But, I have wasted a lot of time wandering the Creality Wiki and other internet sources trying to fix a brand new machine that has failed. The fact that tech support has not even acknowledged the request for assistance after a few days does not bode well for any future requirements for support (assuming this one gets resolved). After sales support is clearly trained to try to convince customers to wait for tech support response, and has no more insight to their machines than the Wiki does. Although there is a lot of good info on the Wiki, it is incomplete and unhelpful for this particular issue (e.g. Wiki and after sales support direct troubleshooting to look at the X/Y axis limit switches. There are no diagrams or info on where these switches are located, and based on general internet searches it appears likely that this machine (k2 plus) does not even have physical limit switches on these axi, and uses other methods to determine range of motion limits). So needless to say, attempts to troubleshoot using this information result in wasted effort and frustration. I'm a novice 3d printer, but have a mechanical background. I knew I would have a learning curve for a new tool and production process, but I do not want to have to figure out on my own how to get a relatively expensive tool to work right from the start.

Support is garbage beyond the initial hello

I can't tell what's happening in this company and honestly at this point I'm thinking of returning everything and going to someone else. I bought one of their k2 combos and it didn't come with the filament buffer which is needed for their CFS, at least according to their quick installation guide which doesn't really tell you how to install anything. So right now I have a big metal brick that can't be used and whenever I go to the support team the team I talk to seems to be on track, but their logistics and whatnot behind have left me without my filament buffer for over a week now with no sign of a new one being sent OR any updates since the last time I sent them info about the issue. They fail at communicating 90% of the time and the one person that was helpful had no power beyond setting up the ticket for my issue. Overall a poor excuse for a company that states it is open and inviting to anyone that wants to get into 3D printing.

DO NOT TOUCH

I bought a k2 3d printer ,it turns out they dont have the stock ? through ebay but they have it in stock on Amazon but thats a different warehouse same company ? lies and lies they sold me at 479 next day the price went up by £100 to 579 now these people are impossible to deal with you can not speak to anyone the phone numbers do not connect so your left with a horrible chat bot they do reply after a couple of days but can not offer reasonable soloution so i will never deal with CREALITY again i can only imagine the trouble if you have issues and need support or partsthere are better companys with euqualy as good products we found better with flashforge DO NOT TOUCH CREALITY SNEAKY UNDERHAND USELESS COMPANY

Family is having a blast so far!

I have seen a lot of mixed reviews and while it did take much longer to get my K2 Combo than stated, my wife and I are loving it so far! We have had it unboxed and set up for about two days and have been having a blast making things for the family and as gifts. A few pros and cons: Pros -Very simple set up and directions were very clear -App is nice, at least for a beginner.. -The tips in the wiki were helpful but it doesn’t seem like the community is as involved but I could be mistaken -Printed a variety of different projects so far an only issues I’ve had have been with the test spool they sent (very tangled) and operator error with printing supports -Packaging is really impressive and very well done Cons -The customer service response time makes me very nervous… Responds to emails days later (a lot of negative reviews about the customer service which is a huge red flag for a newbie) -Would be nice if there was something to hold the CFS in place. Nothing has happened to where it has fallen or anything but just seems like that would make sense -Test filament was VERY tangled… ended up just not using it It has only been a couple of days but so far we have been having a blast with it and haven’t had any major issues. I hope all of the Customer Service concerns have been resolved and response times are addressed. Overall, everything has been working great and for a beginner things have been going smoothly!

Second printer k2

I had no issues with the order, other than fedx was a day earlier than est, so i got it day after scheduled. Better than leaving it at gate... Packaging was in great shape, well done. Set up was easy and clear. Improvements: 1. Have an EZ button to avoid lenghty setup times so you dont have to wait half hour on startup for consecutive runs. They do have parameter changes, but changing back n forth isnt efficient. 2. Tons of waste on color changes, so make sure to utube how to reduce this. Also, after first test run the next thing to print is a poop chute.

I bought a printer for my daughters…

I bought a printer for my daughters birthday, delivery was ment to be in the beginning of September, but my parcel never arrived, I contacted the company the day after by email and I didn’t get a response, I email again the next week and a few time more after that, they finally decided to email me back on the 7th November and then refused to open a claim up then we kept going back and forth for a few week then all of a sudden I got told that it was passed the point of being about to get a refund or even a replacement as time has passed, which is the companies fault as I did everything correct and raised the issue the day after the missed delivery and now I am down £200 as well as not having a printer for my daughters Birthday, this is absolutely disgusting behaviour and agains the consumer rights act law, I WOULD RECOMMEND NOT BUY OFF THESE EVER

Definitely recommend!

So I've been doing my research every printer has pros and cons. From my research the k2plus does everything i need and then some. I ordered mine and got it the same week. I've had it going none stop and have no issues other than some with old filament i had for another printer. I've had it for 3 weeks today and have over 150 hours of print time. I love and have so many more things to make!

"Delivered" to an address 800 miles away!!

They delivered my package not to my shipping address... not to my billing address... but to an unrelated address 800 miles away in a different city and state. When asking for a refund, they reply that it has already been delivered. When reaching out to support they say "do not worry."

Garbage

Bought a Creality K2 plus, has never worked properly, it’s absolute garbage. Support are useless, beyond stupid, have no idea what they are doing. Dont care and dont help. Edit: updated after they have lied in the response. Terrible company to deal with, really dreadful. Don’t help. Have no idea what they are doing. Lie. Don’t use them.

Extremely disappointing experience and unacceptable customer service

I ordered a 3D printer from the Creality UK store on the 25th October 2025 and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. The item was never dispatched, yet I’ve been forced through a long, unhelpful “lost package” process that simply doesn’t apply to my situation. Despite providing clear evidence that the order was never sent to the courier, I’ve repeatedly received generic, scripted responses with no real progress or accountability. It has now been three weeks since I downloaded, filled in and submitted the required claim form, and the only updates I receive are vague assurances that “logistics are investigating,” even though there is nothing to investigate. The lack of urgency, transparency, and basic customer service has been incredibly disappointing. I expected far better from a company of this size. Until Creality modernises its processes and treats its customers with respect, I cannot recommend buying directly from them. My experience has been slow, unprofessional, and entirely avoidable.

DO NOT BUY CREALITY PRINTERS.

DO NOT BUY CREALITY PRINTERS. Bought an Ender 3 KE on October. took 10 days to get to me and it took me a few days to figure out the slicer, the filament and how to work with it. I could not get it to adhere to the plate. I thought it was my problem. It ended up clogging so bad that it melted a lot of the parts and i contacted support. They said there was a problem with some parts and shipped me 6 different parts( almost half a printer). Still didnt work. They said it was another couple parts, related to the bed, and they sent me those parts. Still didnt work. I was so tired of taking my NEW printer appart, that i told them i refused to solve it myself. it was clearly a defective product. They replied saying my warranty period was over and couldn't help me anymore, because I contacted them after the first 14 day period after the purchase (remember the product gott o my hands 10 days after the purchase). At this point i have a defective shitty product and an endless series of emails that they refuse to solve. Just buy a bamboo. Or anything else. Not Creality.

K2 Plus, almost a great printer

I have to say they did a lot right. I mean, the packaging was some of the best. There's a lot of good things about it, the documentation online is pretty good. They show how to do repair parts and such much better than some other products, but the bottom line is I want a printer that I can count on it will print reliably all the time, or at least 90% of the time. And so far mine doesn't seem to be able to do that. I was very impressed with the first print, but they went downhill after that, and this print was only using the very center of the build plate. Later when doing a more thorough examination, my build plate was found to have a high dome in the middle and it doesn't print well on the edges. I'm working with Creality support. I'm hoping I can get a warranty build plate to see how that works. I think this can be a really good printer. Once I get it working right,
