Most reviewers were unhappy with their experience overall. Customers experienced extremely poor customer support, noting long delays, unhelpful responses, and severe difficulties when trying to resolve warranty claims. Many people frequently reported defective hardware, broken components, missing items, and software that failed to function properly right out of the box.
Some people were satisfied with the fast shipping and found the machines powerful, reliable, and easy to set up for daily use. Reviewers also mentioned that when everything functions correctly, the printers deliver exceptionally clean prints and exceed expectations. Buyers appreciated these helpful features and expressed satisfaction with the performance during successful print runs.
I love my creality printers and I mainly only use creality filament. I bought a roll of filament which I never use the type before but I'm experienced enough to know how to do filament calibration. This role of filament was over $80. I wasted half of a roll trying to get settings to print something halfway decent but not without all kinds of defects. Things that I could not sell and want to put my name behind. Heck I wouldn't even want some of this stuff in my own home because it looks that bad. I wrote them explaining the situation and is asked for two $20 rolls of filament. I was told that my reasons were not valid whatsoever and didn't even sound like they read what I wrote. I gave plenty reasons why I could not use this filament and wanted not just my money back but just half of it. I have the roll of filament I would have shipped back to them as well which was about half used. Mainly from doing calibrations and also a few crappy small prints. I am so disappointed with reality right now as I have five reality printers and have only used creality filaments for going on 3 years now. I've only been printing for 3 years so that's all I have ever known is creality. I love their machines I love their products for the most part but their customer service was crap!
New sparky 7i garbage broke in two months tech support sucks make people feel stupid asking did you check the cable wire make sure the plugged in. Yep and no power to cfs lite. Send them pic and nothing from them. Warranty crap can’t get anyone to get anything done. Will buy more kobra x over any Creality produckt
I returned an unopened, sealed product three weeks ago and still no refund. Every customer service contact gets the same canned response about the warehouse not having checked it yet, for weeks now. I would not recommend.
Had printer one day and developed several problems. The first problem was a failure of the AI Lidar to recognize a failure of the filament which led to a complete obstruction of the nozzle and rendered it useless, which required me to purchase a new nozzle the second day I had the printer. Then bought upgrade kit for color on my K1 Max 2025 and it was not compatible with the K1 Max. However, the advertisement indicated it was compatible. Customer Service was the worst experience I have encountered with any product I ever purchased. I went for weeks with repetitive requests for pictures and statement of what the problem was. In all, I submitted redundant information at least 6 to 7 times. During the 4 weeks of poor Customer Service my printer sat useless.
I have several Creality products including an £800 scanner but the filament drier I bought is showing an error after 8 months and it’s impossible to get any support from Creality. I will try to return it to Amazon but that’s the last item I buy from Creality.
I bought a printer, it didn't work and the customer service REFUSED to give me a refund. Wouldn't send me a new one, nothing.
As of today, they still refuse to help
Very cheap brand. Don't buy
I Purchased the Hi Combo in May 2025 this February I was getting a nozzle connection error I got in touch with “Customer Support”
They sent out a new cable. That didn’t fix the problem to cut a long story short they have sent out 5 motherboards 4 cables and still it is not fixed the customer service is a joke they only send out replacements before a 14 day window the warranty is a joke. Do not buy direct from them if you do get a Crealityy machine use Amazon or another seller. Joke of a company.
Amazing. I bought this printer on Christmas and it still works like a charm. I bought the ender 3 V3 plus and I have a huge printing space and it's fast and cheap for its size. I'd recommend this absolutely 10/10, the only slight downside is small print quality isn't absolutely perfect but it's still good, it's meant for bigger prints. It's very beginner friendly and sets everything up for you, when you want to advance into different things it allows you to perfectly.
I'd give 0 stars if it was an option.
Got my printer as a gift a couple years ago. It's been... ok. Definitely 90/10 when it comes to messing around with it/ getting a usable product.
Took a break from it for a while last year, and decided to set it up again this last month. My screen went haywire so I called tech support. Oh wait... you only do email tech support...
So endless emails later for the past couple weeks and been working with "tech support" to solve my issue with no end in sight. Endless emails. Lots of tinkering hours. Lots of wasted filament. DONE.
Leaving the creality family permanently with a very bad taste in my mouth. Selling the printer, selling the dryer, getting creality out of my house. Super disappointed in this situation and how you have handled things. In today's day and age, time is money, and you've wasted both of mine.
Just Done. 🙌
If you're looking for a good reliable printer, I decided to go with elegoo carbon 2. In the time it took me to purchase one, set it up, test print, and print 3 production models, creality FINALLY sent another email with no end in sight apologizing for a ' late reply'. LMAO. READ that last line again if you need to.
Go with better, you'll thank yourself later.
Oh and I wouldn't even try and call them, the phone reps send you to email, email takes forever to respond and get problems fixed.
Cross posting this where I can find reviews.
Product was defective. Tech Support Service could not help and said my MacBook was too new for the current Creality Scan software. All the sales information and YouTube tutorials said my computer was compatible. I just think customer service didn't want to help.
purchased the Hi combo in October 2025. In December it started to do strange things resulting in a 100% failure of prints. it took more that 2 months to get a fix where I needed to install 3 new components. after that I still get the problem that x,y and z axes miss alline during printing resulting that 2 in 3 prints fail. parts of the structure are broken off by the printer. we are now in may and helpdesk is not helping a bit and will not replace or give refund as the problems started within 3 months after purchase.
