I emailed asking them to send a grey one as it said they are in stock but they are ignoring every email, after consulting other people in groups I've very quickly realised this is a scam, if you have ordered please charge back your credit card asap!!

Excellent grinder, but the delivery took exactly 45 days in my case.
I do understand that it was a preorder unit, but the advertised shipping date at the moment of purchase seemed not that far away, at my surprise this shipping date have been moved twice after my order which was frustrating, since the seller doesn’t communicate at all about these changes.
After exchanging a few emails with the customer service and a fiery comment on trustpilot, things seem to be arranged.
I do appreciate how the customer service tried to find me a solution, but the whole buying experience could be improved with more realistic shipping estimates and better communication.
Also, I know it’s none of their fault but since they ship with fedex, and i’m based in France i had to deal with fedex France, which is the worst !

My DF 54 grinder is a hefty solid build quality .I use it for making espresso on my Profitec Go machine. It is by far the best grinder I have used since migrating from my Asaeco grinder. I highly recomend it.
I order a df64 gen 2 5 months ago.
The on off button started to behave weirdly and after an email with service, they quickly sent me a new and more solid button. Great service! Great product
The customer support was excellent! They promptly and kindly responded to my emails regarding a change in the delivery address and the posting status.
The grinder arrived within the timeframe provided and it was carefully wrapped. I would definitely recommend this seller!
The shop claim "No tax to Europe" but it's not entiery true. If the customs select you package for a manual check you might need to pay taxes. I ended up paying additional 115 EUR (100 tax and 15 fee) to import it in Portugal.
I messaged the seller, they were quite responcive and reimbersed me part of taxes (VAT 90 EUR). I didn't expected this to happen and I glad that problem has been solved.

I was nervous ordering from this place as it seemed an obscure warehouse in Singapore, but I have been pleasantly surprised by the quality of service. I ordered the DF64V grinder and it was shipped promptly by FedEx, double boxed and wrapped in plastic. Import into Canada was prepaid as well.
Very pleased with this company and I will not hesitate to order again from them.

I’m a customer from Canada. Customer service is quick the grinder took 1.5-2 weeks to ship all the way from Singapore. Really satisfied with the grinder and definitely worth the wait!
Coffee taste so much better than my previous grinder. Very powdery fine grinds. I use the Breville Bambino Plus. The grinder makes coffee better than most cafes I’ve been too.
From ordering to the whole delivery process, I was completely happy with everything. They even helped me with customs. Also They have answered all my mails within a day. 5/5 !

I finally decided to take the plunge and buy a proper grinder so that I can enjoy better espresso. After many reviews, I settled on the DF64. Going to the website, however, I stumbled upon the DF83 V2. It seemed like the logical decision.
At first I was a little sceptical of the website. I reviewed many websites (such as Trustpilot) to ensure that it's not a scam. 1000€ is a lot of money!!
Anyway, I decided to buy it and was anxiously waiting for the delivery confirmation. The confirmation said 4-6 days. These 4-6 days were probably one of the more stressful times for me this year :) On day 6 I received the confirmation and within a fruther 4 days it was in my kitchen, happily grinding some coffee to season the burrs.
One tip: when buying the 220V version, get an adapter up front, as they are all shipped with a UK plug. This cost me an extra 30mins of waiting, but in the end absolutely worth it.
The customer service dept is also incredibly helpful and friendly.

Really, best grinder under 500$
Been using it for past week and its great. Silent, very low retention. Its a great bang for ur buck.
I paid no taxes and there was always supportive afterservice to my questions.
The wait was long, since i was preordering, but it was well worth it. Delivery took about two weeks, but its december christmas present shipping so everything is delayed.
All in all, I had great experience with their support. I was reluctant to buy from their source, and thought on waiting for local distributer, but they were very professional and im glad i bought it this cheap.

I wanted to buy a DF64V grinder and df64coffee.com had the best price for UK. I was a bit reluctant thinking that it's too good to be true, but decided to go for it thinking that it can't be a scam since they're using ShopPay.
After two weeks of negotiations over the price of the grinder and an additional set of SSP MP burrs, my order has been shipped and arrived in about 4 days to the UK with DHL. No tax or extra costs, nothing else than what I paid online.
It might have taken two weeks to have it shipped, but the price they offered for the DF64V and SSP MP burrs in unbeatable, so it was worth waiting. The grinder is excellent and it also came with UK plug fitted, so it was ready to go out of the box. It took two weeks because it takes them about 24 hours to reply to every email I sent them. Sometimes it took only a couple of hours, but mostly 24 hours. They also replied during the weekend too.
They seem to put their offers on their Instagram page, but if you're patient it's better to message them and see what they can do for you.

Bought a DF64 Coffee grinder from DF64coffee.com, ordered it last Friday, 24th November 2023, did not know where the company was based so had a look, Singapore!!
Thought of all the things that made doubt whether I had made the correct choice, on Monday 27th November they emailed me to let me know that the grinder had been dispatched through DHL Express, cost £32 with delivery set at 04th December, on Friday 01 December got up to find out that DHL are gonna deliver the grinder today, no Duty or VAT to pay, I could not beieve it, listen people they have reduced the cost of the grinder now £264 + £32 delivery and to get a delivery service as I did then you would be foolish not to have a look at their site, I did and got the DF64 in less than a week as I did, way to go, DF64coffee.com
I receive the grinder df83 very fast. No extra fees and charges. The communication with the company with email is very good. I am happy with this experience and I will buy again from them.

I’m writing this review to hopefully clarify a few things and share my experience. I don’t typically write reviews but thought it might be helpful for people in the same position I was at the start of the week who are in two minds as to whether to place an order. I can only say positive things about df64coffee. I have no affiliation with them - just a (very) happy customer.
I’m in the UK and the price of the DF83 (V2) was by far the most competitive online. I was slightly reluctant to order for two reasons: it’s a lot of money - and there weren’t a load of reviews about df64coffee but after reading what seemed to be legitimate reviews from happy customers and justifying the cost to myself(!), I decided to go for it.
I ordered on Monday evening and received email confirmation right away. On Wednesday, I received a DHL tracking number, saying delivery would be the following Monday. To my great surprise, it arrived on Friday, so kudos to DHL.
As for the grinder itself, wow! I’ve had a Eureka Mignon for almost ten years and this is a substantial upgrade. The thing you don’t realise is just how much bigger the DF83 is. It is incredibly sturdy (the delivery driver even commented on the weight). Given I’ve only had the grinder a day, I won’t comment too much but first impressions are great and my initial espressos are magnificent.
I really can’t fault df64coffee. I even emailed them the day after purchase - and they got back to me the following morning. They were prompt, communicative and packaged everything up very well.
I would order again from them in a heartbeat.
