Been using a competitors product for many, many years and decided to "look around" EaseUS Todo was highly rated by many magazines, so thought I'd give it a shot. My first backup & restore on my laptop went flawlessly. Next, the pc running my security camera system. Well, I blundered into a situation where I deleted the boot partition. Help to tech support !!! A tech named Jesse came to my rescue. He spent considerable time with me, solved my problem, and gave some very helpful pointers towards using their product. So, I bought four lifetime licenses to their software and four seats of lifetime tech support. This was the first time I had needed tech support in many years, but watching him zip and zoom through my system convinced me so back up help was worth. My considerable thanks to Jesse in EaseUS Tech Support.
License code issue resolved
I hate chatting in because normally I have to repeat myself multiple times. Today, the person who stated their name was Izzy reset the license code which solved the problem. The solution of resetting the license solved the issue. They also explained why the license had failed (I had to restore my computer from backup due to hardware failure). It took less than 2 minutes total!

I tried to upgrade my subscription from a 1-month, to a lifetime, and ran into a problem. The details are mostly trivial, except that their AI assistant was repeatedly tripped up before it finally put me in contact with a human. I was paired with Quinn who was patient, and solved my problem in no time! I'm certain the AI has its place, but still having access to real humans is a vote of confidence!
