A real lifesaver when I thought my Africa footage was gone I recently had a fairly horrible moment when I discovered that a number of video files from a trip to Africa had never made it across from my SD card to my hard drive. I had subsequently formatted the drive, believing that I had safely transferred and backed up everything. Unfortunately, I hadn't. I used EaseUS's data recovery service to see whether anything could be recovered, and I was genuinely surprised by how much of the missing footage they were able to find. These weren't just ordinary files – they were videos from an important wildlife trip, including material that would have been impossible to recreate. The whole experience has given me a lot more confidence that there are options when something goes badly wrong with your data. Of course, prevention and proper backups are still essential, but when you make a mistake and think you've permanently lost valuable photographs or video, having a recovery service that can actually retrieve a significant amount of it is incredibly reassuring. I'm extremely grateful to have recovered footage that I had effectively written off as lost. For anyone working with important photographs or video, I'd definitely recommend keeping EaseUS in mind before assuming that deleted or lost files are gone forever.

rescued a video of my trip

My GoPro recently decided to clear the SD card before uploading my files to the cloud. So I lost recent footage and also other videos that I had kept there. After trying several programs and none of them working or asking me to pay a very high price, I found EaseUS. I dowloaded the program which runs a scan of the card. Then you see the files that were found and you have the option to recover them! I had to ask a couple of questions to customer service and they were answered quickly and I was allowed to use a trial because this was a one time thing (I am changing the setting on the gopro that caused this). This program works! My SD card said it had nothing and I was able to recover my videos.

Their software has saved my bacon more than once - for lost data, video downloads and more. I haven't had a bad experience. Today I needed to reuse a previously lost copy, and the automated support actually did the job with minimal hassle and time. I will use their products without hesitation if the need arises.

Their chatbot helped quickly and effectively with my issue.

Chinese company masquerading as…

Chinese company masquerading as American. The software drops corrupted files which cannot be erased without special programs. This leads to corrupted hard drives that require formatting. Also the program itself can only be removed manually does not show up on Windows uninstall or CCleaner.

Had to reset a license key. Support chat was confusing to join through the website, but the app had a button that helped me join the chat without a hassle (What is a reference No?). Support chat helped me as soon as I described the issue with no hassle. Would recommend.

They are extremely helpful and offer very quick solutions and support. And I certainly don't think there is anything better on the market than EaseUS when it comes to data recovery.

Jesse was very fast on the keys, I know he's looking at more than one chat thread, but he did a fabulous job. I'd had a double purchase a few days ago and he was able to capture and correct the issue effectively. Quick and efficient, but was able to send back with a touch of humor. Nicely done, Jesse; I'd put you in for a raise, but I know the Team Leads don't usually take the strong advice of even favored clients, like me. Great job! Solved my fret completely. I normally purchase the Lifetime Upgrade versions of EaseUs products and have been very happy with both the product and the support I get when I fumble the keys. Thanks Team!

Quick help, perfect service

Quick answer, very experienced staff and a quick help when needed, they even take over your PC. Most of the program is very clear and works pretty fine. Also there are a lot of other possibilitys in the program to help you to get the most reliable system. For problems to difficult there is a very quick help. If possible I would give them a 12 out of ten. An experience afterwards, After a problem caused by other software I hat to restore a backup who crashed after 98% caused by Bitlocker, impossible to use windows anymore. With the extra programs I was able to get rid off bitlocker and got my computer online again. That for a price anyone can afford, bravo.
