Kinda upset they canceled the multicolor apparatus for the centauri carbon. The whole reason I bought it was reputation and multi color. Kinda makes me worry about trusting any other promises they make. Sucks because they make a good printer but if you can trust the company is it even worth it?

Nice products until you have an issue.
I bought an air purifier to match my Saturn 4 ultra printer, and the fan is overly noisy from the start.
I contacted customer service, and I'll get instructions on how to repair it myself!!!
There is no way to have the product returned and replaced; this is absolutely unacceptable and violates the laws of this country (UK).
I ordered almost €80 worth of filaments and the shipping left a lot to be desired. Instead of coming in a box with all the spools grouped together for protection, they were simply secured with a few turns of adhesive tape. This meant that some of them arrived slightly damaged.
The filaments themselves seem very good to me, but the risk of them arriving damaged in shipping makes me seriously reconsider buying again.

Dont like how there is no handle for the built plate, can get slippery since it does get submerged in the resin when the bate is full . The on and off switch is on the already crowded left side of the screen getting in the way of the wifi antenna and usb port, liked it much better in the front like the Saturn 3 model.

Good price, a wide selection. If possible do not use CZ post for delivery. They have trouble delivering to the address, often forcing you to go to the post office.

It seems the return policy is much inferior to the one offered by Amazon. I understand the price offered by purchasing the printer and additional wash/caring station is lesser on the Elegoo direct site. Perhaps they could also offer a couple of free resin bottles or other goodies. I did not use the printer yet so I hope it will be working OK.

The delivery and product were fine but i think the after sales service needs to be improved. I had a fairly simple issue with a cracked LCD and replaced it with a new one. Was my fault it cracked so no issues there. However, after replacing it i had no end of troubles with the printer and have eventually had to replace it. It was difficult sourcing reliable help to fix the issue from Elegoo and there seems to be an expectation that social media user groups will do that job for them.

Had I not purchased resin from Amazon, I'd still be waiting with a brick, unable to print for 4 days now. I get shipping it separate, but lets make sure it gets there around the same time as the machine please?
While the quality of the product is very good, I feel like Elegoo nickle and dimes you. Pay for sense of security purchasing? Shipping on these orders? Most companies have free shipping on stuff like this, or it's minimal.

First of all, I like how easy it was to level and set the Z-offset. Also, I have Elegoo pla+ that sticks TOO well. The border around my print needs to be scraped off with a razor blade, even after the print bed has cooled. Extremely inconvenient to do that.

Bought Centauri Carbon printer because it was full enclosed and stated it could print higher temperature filaments like ASA! This printer will never print ASA the nozzle just clogs up 10 minutes into print, heat creep is so bad in the hotend that it softens the filament and causes it to expand and block the top entry. The extruder then just clicks away. Now I just have an enclosed printer for PLA (works good) but you have to leave the door open and lid off, why buy and enclosed printer. Didn't need another PLA printer needed ASA printer! Printer is well built and looks terrific.
If you want to print ASA or ABS this is not the printer for you. Maybe version 2 works better but won't buy another Elegoo!
