Purchased an ECC through preorder with the promise of an AMS. Not more than 4 months after release, there is a ECC2 with AMS while customers of the original ECC are left waiting for an AMS that probably wont be made. But hey, we got a coupon made mostly worthless with terms and conditions! Elegoo software is pretty buggy too, firmware is slap-dash and updates take months. CS was fine. I will not be purchasing from this company again. Do not trust them with preorders or new releases.
The customer service is on point. They do not however seem to have anyone able to answer queries as to sponsorships or dealers. Like I have numerous clients that I send out to buy products on my recommendations often and I asked Elegoo if they would be interested and just did not get any response. I literally teach people how to get perfect prints to ensure they don't get returns and yet no response. Sad. Also, when you order on their website, sometimes it will blatantly rip you off. You can click buy 4 get 1 free coupon and then upon returning from PayPal for payment, the 5th one which is supposed to be free, disappears. I tried this twice. You have to reach out to customer service to try to correct. Same thing with their refund draws. No info on how to get put in for that draw. I'd love a a chance at a free order. They need to do some work or they will lose customers trust.
If you promise an AMS make sure you can deliver it
I ordered a print head it took a while to get it and it clogged up the first time I used it.
The machine was scheduled to arrive 7!days from purchase , when I contacted customer support to find out why no tracking was updated they never contacted me back and now the unit is scheduled 20 days from purchase with no explanation or apology of further follow up
The orders are smooth but the only part I can get is hotend. What I need is a wipe nozzle pad, extruder, fans would be nice.
I bought a 3D printer that was advertised that it would get a multi-colour filament feeder. Now I understand i would need to buy a new printer. This was the last Elegoo printer I will buy.
The print quality is outstanding but the way you just abounded all of us who bought the CC is shameful. 1st no multi filament then You won’t even put it on the app. I like the printers but $50 of filament doesn’t make up for the betrayal

I have never done any 3D printing at all, but was interested in the hobby. I bought the Saturn Bundle to give it a try. It arrived (actually a day early) and the set up instructions were wonderful. However the instructions for how to actually use the printer were non-existent. There was a little 1 minute tutorial on the computer interface and a help section that says "coming soon". About half the things I try to print work. The rest either just don't show up, print distorted, or print about half of them. There's no help. The wiki on the website is all about buying things. If you write to the help support team, they tke over 24 hours to get back to you, don't write good English, and say things like, "We regret to learn the situation you mentioned. We are currently unable to accurately determine the cause of this issue." Thanks. Contemplating returning the whole bundle.

Would not reply to emails about cancelling order. Ignored my request to cancel order and not ship it. I had to refuse item from post-office and send back. Finally got a refund but they kept insurance payment stating they had to claim even though situation was their fault for ignoring request to cancel and not ship. Never again will I purchase from them

Having bought one of their printers, I wanted to upgrade to a larger hot end so as to use carbon fibre based PLA. This item was out of stock so I put my name down to be told when it was back in stock. Four weeks ago they told me it was available so I placed an order and paid. Now, over one month later, they told me it will not be available for shipping until at least five weeks time. I do not think this is honest trading.
Have not received the item has been stuck in EVRI 3 to 4 days now still telling me that it is delayed
Trust is a valued thing and when you can't trust that a company will do right then you have a hard time buying from them, I have purchased 2 CC and several hundreds of rolls of filament and both delivered fine Minus my coupons for the CC (AMS) issues now they don't even release the coupons to get whatever option you pick. I'm having a really hard time purchasing from elegoo they need more communication internally and externally to their customers. Will I come back, at this point I just want my coupons to purchase my items and leave!
Post was misleading. The stated quality was "Good" which was all that was easily seen on the original page. After reaching out to customer support for help they pointed out a fine print further down the page thay listed damages that were substantial. You must make condition more transparent and honest, I shouldn't have to go searching through paragraphs of fine print to know how damaged a printer may be.
Good evening, following the software update, the printer reports error 702. Despite the reset procedure as recommended by you, the printer continues to not work correctly, freezing and reporting the same error every time it is restarted.
Very misleadinf advertising I have an email saying spend over £300 on selected filaments and get £100 off. I purchased £400 worth and nothing was taken off. The Customer Service was literally avoiding to deal with the issue. The sparkle filaments are a pain to deal with as it is being cardboard spool and so easy to break, even I have dried it over 8hrs. Money wasted with this false advertising
